I don't understand why didn't Avery Johnson didn't play Anthony blathe and brook Lopez together. I mean blathe is a good Defensive player and Lopez is a good offensive player. They should of used that lineup against the Lakers. Can anyone give an opinion on this?

They would have still lost, though.

Andray Blatche sucks monkey testicles; that's probably why he wasn't played.

There's not enough basketballs on the court to support those 2 playing together.

The Nets were actually playing well, good enough to win this game even. They just didn't make the right decisions offensively down the stretch and let's just be honest here, they took way too many jump shots at the end, while Dwight had 5 fouls! it was just poor coaching and not enough recognition on DWill's part...he's trying too hard to balance the scoring load, in crunch time HE needs to take over and get to the rim.

He do what now?

this is the same thought that woke me up in the middle of the night..

I rofled at the OP, Anthony Blathe

Blatche was amnestied by the Wizards this summer.

That says a lot.

So "Anthony Blathe" was really the key to beating LA... Of course, why didn't we see that before?

11-21-2012, 03:49 PM
Because Humphries and Evans are better defenders and rebounders

What if Anthony Blathe and brook Lopez met in the NBA Finals? What would people say? Who's legacy would be more affected?

So the guy made a typo... big deal.

Anyways, Lopez has beem showing up on defense from what I've been hearing so far. I haven't watched any games, but he's been piling up the blocks and from what I've seen in highlights he's coming over to help with the guys driving to the basket. Still not getting enough rebounds, but hey, let's do one thing at a time.

"Blathe" is good coming off the bench right now. He's got to earn his minutes after the regression he's taken over the last couple seasons. He's had his moment so far, but from what I've seen in the box scores (and they can bee very misleading) he hasn't been consistent.

That said, I again admit I have not watch a Nets game yet this season, so I could be way off.
