Busy night in the NBA. We finally got to see the number one pick prove why he was selected first and lead everybody in blocks tonoght. Melo helped NY stay undefeated with a 31-point performance. A great night from some bench players, among them Ben Gordon who lead all scorers, put up a point a minute for 34 mintues, Rondo continued his double-digit assist steaks with a whopping 20 assists and only 4 turnovers (that is 5 assists for ever turnover... even Stockton would be impressed with that!), Kobe and LBJ were both close to triple-doubles (though LBJ was a little closer than Kobe ;-) ), Pau lead all rebounders, Durant has continued his dominance on the board, as has Z-Bo and Duncan continues to fuel rumours that he has found the fountain of youth.

This one is too close to call. Who you got for line of the night?

I went with Rondo... 20 assists? That is just crazy. That is over 40 points he helped generate just through play making. Part of me wanted to vote for Gordon, and another part wanted to vote for Drummond who was amazing in very limited minutes, almost had a 20/10 with only 20 minutes of playing time. And of course Anthony Davis had a monster night. So many great lines to choose from!
P.S. There are a few impressive lines that I did not include because the number posted were better is most catagories by other players. Please do not be offended if I didn't include your team's best performer tonight, but there were just a lot of great lines.

I don't think there's been one person from the Wolves on your line of the nights yet we are still 4-1

I had both AK-47 and Cunningham in there the other day. Minny has been really good about sharing the ball this season and their wins have been a balanced attack. I'm very impressed with their record. I thought they'd have a hard time staying alfoat without Love and Rudio. No disrespect intended to Minny.

I really enjoy these threads. Thanks for posting them! I am going with Anthony Davis in his first game back from injury. That is a manly game from a teenager.

OMFG It has to be Anthony Davis. I am an idiot too, I thought he would be rusty coming back so I benched him for my fantasy. What a mistake that was...He played a better game than Hibbert has all year.

Haha no disrespect taken. I must of just missed it then. I mean I didn't even think we've had a line good enough to be up there..

And I also didn't think we'd be this good without Rubio and Love. I thought we were screwed but we've shown that we just have so many different weapons which is nice because one someone is playing bad there are others who can pick it up.. I think teams with 1-2 stars that have no supporting casts can struggle when they aren't playing well and with this team that isn't a problem.

Kobe and LBJ with near trip-dubs. Rondo is my pick though. Teague had an amazing night. Extremely efficient

Anthony Davis with just his second FULL game, already filling up the stat sheet.

What a fun player to watch.

I've never clicked on these threads. I saw them there, but never clicked.

But gotta say, this is my first time in them and I"m definitely gonna be back. cool thread.

IMO, too many options (though there are a lot of great performances). 10 stat lines

10 assists is always great. 15 assists is phenomenal. 20 is redonkulous!

Rondo for certain. 40 pts off those assists is crazy. Even more if some were from the arc.

Teague should win this but no1 realized he did what he did...7-8 from the field 2-2 from 3 and 4-4 from the line to go with his 20 pts 11 assists 3 rebounds and a block

I voted TD just to show him some love, didn't look like he'd get any votes, but the guy is ballin..
George Hill had a really nice game, as did Rondo just a shame their teams lost!
Davis was very impressive as well. Lot of choices!

Best fantasy pick for me. Everyone in my league saw him as old, only thing that sucks is he is going to get random days off from pop lol

Haha yea later on in the season he's definitely gonna get some DNP's. Pop is so unpredictable with it, 15 mins before game time you might find out lol. Gotta be ready to swap him out at times. But high fg% , points, reb, blocks, he's even hitting his ft's this year. i traded for him since I wasn't able to draft him.

I think Pop just did that last year because they were playing so many back-to-back games and even back-to-back-to-back games because of the schedule trying to fit so many games in the strile shortened season. I expect Duncan to play every game he is healthy enough for.

Turner/Holiday duo. Not surprised to see them stepping up their games this season, hopefully they keep it up.

The line of the night was Brooklyn -3 at the magic. What a joke. Easiest money I made all year.
