He's a guy I've loved to watch since he's been at San Diego St. and into the nba. What are your thoughts on his potential. I think he's an amazing defender and can score 25 or more when the old men leave. Can he be an all star?

I don't know about 25 a game, but he's a really great all-around player. I'm jealous of San Antonio...

18 ppg, 7 boards, solid defense is what he seems to bring at most

I can't see him averaging more than 15 a game.

But he is a very good defender and adequate rebounder. Very tough player.

Reminds me of a poor man's Shawn Marion.

If Popovich believes in him, I believe in him.
I like the guy a lot

if pops thinks he can be a star/superstar then i think there is some truth to it. i dont see the star potential but i see a great defender with an above average offensive game.

I don't see Superstar, but I'm not Popovich.

He's a quality player. Once he improves his 3pt consistency, he can be a top 10-15 player in the league IMO. I would love this guy on the Lakers instead of Metta.

Not like he was even a high draft pick so absolute steal. Talking of steals, he seems to have that knack of getting them, like an instinct. He's so quick, good hands, long arms and is a very good defender already.

Not sure about 25ppg but given more offensive load, which i think he will at various points this year (when the big 3 alternate rests for whole games) and i believe he can average 18 per game, maybe 20 - pretty good for a 2nd year player

Agreed idk if I see what pop does but ill take his word. Also it's his second year and my understanding is his offensive game got better by leaps and bounds. Maybe he is one of those special players that just gets better and better every year in the league and always adds something new to their game

Iggy, with better range and offense.

Haven't got to watch him play much, but if Pop says he's good, he must be good. He certainly had some amazing shooting percentages for a rookie last season.
