He also takes a lot of faders, low percentage.

Eh... he is usually an efficient scorer who rarely takes bad shots.

Even last year when some perimeter shots he usually makes weren't going in he took them in the flow of the offense.
They weren't bad shots.

Wade has a really high offensive BBIQ.

D-Wade can be like Kobe sometimes and doesn't know when to stop shooting jumpshots. The thing with DWade is his shooting form gets worse by every jumpshot attempt.

If we're talking big time players who have good shot selection, I would say Nash, Dwight, LeBron and CP3.

Cp3.

Nash, LeBron recently, and Pekovic haha. He only shoots within 3 feet..

This is easy. Nash and CP3 overall.

Aside from them I'll go with Lebron and Wade. Does it get any better than driving it to the hole and laying it up or dunking every possession? And in Wade's case, drive to hole, scream like a girl, and fall on you *** after no contact. That's the best shot of all.

why is wade considered here... the thread is about shooting not naming your favorite player.

I'd say tony parker or tim duncan

Guilty. That being said, when you never shoot outside of 3 feet, are you taking a bad shot at 6'11"?

Show me one clip of Wade "screaming like a girl" or falling down without clear contact.

He did one in the finals game. No contact, screamed, foul called. I can't find the clip, but that happened.

Yeah well Kobe has also screamed plenty of time on drives to the basket and gotten calls when he wasn't fouled.

1 example out of 1 billion doesn't prove anything.

Wade has never been given any preferential treatment if anything its the opposite.
Greatest slasher since Jordan and yet jump shooters like Kobe frequently had similar ftrates when their primes matched up.

Dumb thread. It all depends on skill and role. Guys like Korver have good shot selection because they're told to shoot open threes. Guys like Kobe don't because they have to create chances for themselves.

Andrew32
10-23-2012, 09:15 PM
Guys like Kobe don't because they are selfish and care about their ppg/image.
Either that or they are massively delusional and think shooting that much and forcing bad shots is whats best for their team.

Fixed. ;)

I didn't make it about Kobe.
Kobe made it about himself with his poor shot selection last year.

Nice try troll, there's already a thread for that, you can have your orgy there. This particular thread isn't the place for that.

Do you 2 argue in every thread? Hahaha

what is with your obsession with Kobe? The other guy never once mentioned Kobe but you keep bringing him up when y ou can't defend your own arguments (illogical claims).

-guy says Wade flops and cries to the refs.
-you say he doesn't, asked to show proof.
-guy tells you of an incident that happened in the finals when Wade covers his eye after a missed buzzer beaters against the Mavs (flop).
-you proceed to mention Kobe because you clearly lost your claim to try to divert the subject to be about Kobe. Then change your old claim that 1 instance of a complaint doesn't matter, when originally you said Wade never once did.

nice try. You just made yourself look like a fool....again.
