We lost a legend to retirement this offseason, so the big question is who takes his spot in the NBA.

My vote goes to the great, dynamic F Brian Cardinal

I too have been wondering this. Most of the media was caught up in dwightmare and Brian Scalabrine's retirement annoucement went unnoticed. I think Brian Cardinal is a great candidate but the most crucial thing missing from Cardinal's resume that you have to take into consideration is of course the red hair.

No one can replace the White Mamba. I'm sure there will be another "white _____" for the Bulls. The white panther, the white mamba, the white _____ is inevitable.

It's either will be Jaric or Fesenko, but i'm leaning more to Fesenko.

Typical PSD, always looking to replace a legend. These guys are legends for a reason - equals rarely come. There are few people that can match Scal's combination of hair color, flabby body, general weirdness, and knowledge of the game. He will be missed and it was an honor to watch him play.

Matt Bonner is another player that comes to mind.

So true.

Out of all the names of goofy looking players that people are throwing around in this thread, none of them have Scal's personality. They just can't match his wit and sarcasm.

He is irreplaceable.

This. How dare you insult the great one by trying to simply replace him with another player. Show some damn respect. There will never be another. And that's how it should be.
