Well who you got from your team.

For me, its Jonas Valančiūnas. The Raptors have struggled over the past few seasons and are in need of hope and a new star. Jonas could very well be that and I know many Raptors fans are banking on him to become that.

Explain your answer.

Greg Monroe. I expect him to become a legit all-star caliber player.

Either Parker or Leonard. Parker just came off the best year of his career, at least what I consider to be the best year of his career, and he needs to continue playing at that level. Leonard has high expectations because of the way Pop has been talking him up all off season. He looks to have improved his ball handling and scoring from what I saw last night and in the summer league, but we'll see how he does in real games.

Eric Gordon. He's run his mouth and he's gotten his money. He has to turn the corner and become a star to warrant that payday. In order to do that above anything else he needs to stay healthy.

We miss on re-signing EJ we're in big trouble.

J Val. Maybe even Derozan too.

We all know Dirk is Dirk. I think Mayo living up to his potential is my number 1

Kobe no doubt he's got 2-4 years left at the most he has to win as much as possible to move up the rankings even more...

Javale Mcgee or Ty Lawson. both are expected to break out this season.

Tyreke Evans. He is not a a role player, he is not a 2nd, 3rd or 4th option on a team. He is most definitely not a 6th man, he IS the man. And he will have to carry the kings offensively.

Super.

Can Rondo finally be a consistent scorer?
Can Terry replace Allen?
Can Green rebound from the loss of last season?

Most Lofty Expectations (obvious answer): Andrew Bynum. Goes without saying that Philly is expecting a lot out of this guy. He has the talent and physical attributes to be an absolute beast in the East, but we will see.

Evan Turner is going to be the deciding factor for this team though, not Bynum. Assuming Bynum is healthy and gives you close to what your expecting, Turner has to be that guy on the perimeter who can make plays and contain better players on D. He needs to take the next step and replace Iggy.

Jeff Green.

He signed a HUGE contract this off-season all the while coming off heart surgery. At the time of his trade to Beantown, we gave up something huge in Perkins (obviously not the player he used to be now) so I'm expecting big things from him or else Ainge really screwed up in signing him long term with his obvious health concerns...

Joakim Noah since we were not willing to trade him for Dwight.

Lopez. He is talented. His foot is healed. His Mononucleosis is gone. He gained muscle over the summer and worked with Hakeem.

His excuses are gone He needs to produce and play like a true C for once and average 8 boards again.

I would think Rubio no? Love's not really going to get significantly better from last season's amazing production.

amare to be old amare for the knicks to be contenders

I think it's Amar'e too. He had the most drastic fall from grace last season. If he bounces back, which I expect him to do, we're a legit and could host a playoff series.

No one is expecting Felton to be a stud though. Or even a top 50 player.

Well, Minnesota fans had to learn to be careful with expectations. God knows when the next injury will struck.

I guess Kilrilenko is expected to fit into that starting SF hole we had last year. He got a 10 mil per year deal out of a small market team, he better appreciate it.

Also, everyone is more or less taking Rubio for granted. His injury was serious after all, who knows if he can immediately pick up where he left off.

Joe Johnson- Can he be "that" star next to D-Will.
Brook Lopez- Can he put it all together this year and not play soft.
Andray Blatche- Can he not be an immature 3 year old this year.

Demar Derozan, 4th year in the league, contract year, can he make the All star team or show that potential of an All star?

Lawson and Gallinari in terms of pushing their game tothe highest level.

JaVale and Hamilton in terms of making the biggest progress.
