I know wrong forum but I really trust the football acumen of PSD Raiders forum members:

Should I give up Adrian Peterson for Andre Johnson & Amendola in a PPR league?
My RB's are Reggie Bush, Spiller, Demarco Murray, Jonathon Stewart and AP. My receivers are K. Britt, N. Washington, B. Lloyd, and Jordy Nelson. My record is 3-1 in a 10 team league. Do I need to make a deal? Stand pat? Accept the trade? PPR LEAGUE

Spiller may lose some time when jackson comes back, but you are REALLY weak at WR, surprising for a 10 team league. I would say to take the trade. Like you I took a gamble on Britt, who has yet to come through, if he does what we expect him to do, you will be pretty solid at WR.

I would hold on to A.P. myself. In a league with so many running back injuries and inconsistent WR point totals...pfft, go with what got ya to 3 and 1. Although I will say that Amendola has been a nice pick up for me this season.

Yes..Its a good trade for you, Peterson is not an ideal PPR tailback...PPR is all about ball distribution, but you also want to leave a roster spot for a WR to go off. Its difficult to predict, so try to flesh your WR's out over three roster spots but make darn sure you have tailbacks that catch the ball. I have Shady McCoy and Ray Rice as well as Pierre Garcon, Reggie Wayne and Andre Johnson.

I play a **** ton of ff and i would not do that trade. AP is gold and that teams whole game plan. Your WRs are weak, but i wouldnt do it. Three solid RBs are way better than three big name WRs.

I think you are better off with what you have.

He does have interest in Murray, what should I counter with for Murray? His WRs are Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson, Anquan Boldin, Eric Decker and Amendola

Or just keep Murray and stay pat?

I would move murray and help the WR group... i'd sit tight on AP.

How the heck does he have C Johnson, Fitzgerald, A Johnson, Boldin, and Decker?!?

^i asked the same ? He said that's just how the draft fell to him. He was drafting #8 of 10. I guess he just felt the best player on the board was always a receiver. He's hurting now though. His RBs suck and he's 1-3

How about AP for Calvin?....

Because his QB probly Sanchez, with Benson and Shone green as his RB

I proposed AP for Calvin...he didn't answer me. His RBs are Ben Tate, Michael Turner, Knowshon Moreno, Peyton Hillis, Felix Jobes, and Bilal Powell. Outside of Turner he's got absolutely nobody who is getting starter carries. He does have Matt Ryan.

I've gotten about 60% people saying do the trade. I'm just not convinced its the right play. HOU is now Foster's team not AJ and Amendola is relatively unproven. Yes AP coming off surgery but looks like he's rounding into form and he will get plenty of carries.

GREATNESS ONE

You need help at Wr but not at the cost of AP
