You're giving the Bucks too much credit... I'd say tier 6.

Half of those players you listed won't even touch the court this year. We continually make strides to sign mediocre players that will not only take us out of playoff contention, but also completely dismantle our chance of a good pick in the draft (which being a Bucks fan is the only thing you can strive for). Furthermore, Ellis will be gone after this year no doubt. Jennings is still overrated in my opinion and has a lot to prove. Hopefully, Ersanity continues even though he got paid...

Not used to tiers in sports. Usually only see them in games

4th Blazzers/Jazz/Cavs/Bucks/Suns/Kings/warriors/mini/suns
5th Bobcats,Orlando/Wizards/hornets/rockets/pistons

Not bad overall but I'd make some minor adjustments.

1 - Lakers, Heat, Thunder
2 - Spurs, Celtics, Nuggets, Clips, Pacers, Nets, Knicks, Grizz
3 - Mavs, 76ers, Blazers, Warriors, Bucks, Hawks, Wolves, Bulls (for now until healthy)
4 - Jazz, Cavs, Suns, Raps, Wizards (I think they have a shot at tier 3)
5 - Cats, Magic, Hornets, Rockets, Pistons, Kings

So beyond tired of seeing people list the Knicks and Nets as some upper echelon teams when neither has and will do nothing. The Knicks have no point guard and are a dysfunctional mess and the Nets still have a bunch of question marks: I guess Joe Johnson will turn them from a 30 win team to a 50 win team? but go ahead and let's put them in that 2nd tier group, why not?

Jazz are so good they're in two different tiers, and the suns are in twice!

This is the most logical one I've seen, but it's hard to predict anything with so many people shoveling around.

This. Maybe move the Jazz up to 3 and/or the Bulls to 2 but otherwise this is it.

only thing i'd disagree with is knicks have kidd and shumpert. that sounds like a decent pg plan to me.

except for the two facts that shumpert is out until at least january and isn't even a PG..
