I hope youre just trolling. We have almost no chance at beating Miami, let alone the Lakers, Thunder. For God sakes we lost to the Hornets and the BOBCATS. Now we are title contenders?

Im not trolling I said all offseason the Knicks are the team I expect in the ECF vs Miami,I don't know if you can beat them but you guys should have a better shot adding Kidd/Camby/Brewer/Felton to your squad.

I don't like the way either team came together but that's not the question. The Lakers have beautiful balance and should be able to come out of the West. The Heat have never had great balance because of their top heavy three stars and a bunch of supporting players. The Lakers 1,2, 4, and 5 are un ****ing believable. Nash-Kobe-Pau-Howard. That's sick. Classically balanced team, I've hardly ever seen a starting 5 like they will have. We'll see if age is a factor.

I don't see how they will help that much and I don't see the Knicks going far in the playoffs.

My man King James can't do it by himself. Howard and Kobe are going to belittle Wade and Bosh.

I feel like people are really discounting OKC. OKC's biggest issue against Miami seemed to be experience. Talentwise they're pretty even in my eyes. LeBron is the best player in the series but OKC is deeper. Why can't OKC beat the Lakers? Westbrook is going to ABUSE Nash, Artest isn't the old Artest, Perkins has a history of defending Dwight well and honestly, Kobe isn't always going to be Kobe. He has to decline at some point, I mean just logically his body can't hold up like this forever.

OKC is legit, they have just as much if not a better chance to make it back to the finals.

Lakers' biggest threat is OKC anyways. But OKC's biggest threat is the Heat. And Heat's biggest threat are the Lakers'.

Since when are the Lakers a threat? People are overrating Kobe and Nash here...this are star players on the decline and somehow they're better than 2 other superstars and NBA's best player in their prime?

yep i agree with this but i would say OKC has 3 threats MIA, LAL & LAC.

I feel the Lakers could hold their own against either MIA or OKC. The balance threats they have inside/outside is going to be tough to beat and score against, If Dwight made Orlando defensively good i could imagine that impact would be the same on the Lakers.

The Lakers clearly have a better team. The only people who say otherwise are people who compare Lebron to a god or an Xman. But looking down on paper, the Lakers team is pretty ridiculous
