Wow the bulls are the most underrated team in the NBA. This is a no brainier, the Bulls have won their division and had the best record in the East the past 2 seasons with an injured Rose, Boozer and Noah. Their defense is just too good they have this hands down. Also the Pacers got worse.

I'd agreed if they didn't look so bad in the playoffs.

Indy for me.

Lack of PG play is the reason why they lost.

The Bulls were killing it with Rose he had 25 9 9 before the injury. They were just dealt a crucial blow that they just crumbled. That is the main reason why they lost. Also Hinrich and Nate are upgrades at PG over CJ and JLIII. They have time and Thibs is a defensive guru he will get this team together yet again and will finish top 3, if not the best in the east.

Haha as awesome as I want it to happen, it's too wishful of thinking. I do like our additions of Monta for a full season and Dalembert down low. Wasn't too keen on the Henson draft pick but loved snagging Doron Lamb in 2nd round. Hopefully Henson pans out... Skiles is notorious for not giving rookies PT (Jennings was the only exception), but we have a lot of depth at the 4/5 positions this year. Hopefully that will help our small 1/2 combo. Illyasova got overpaid but I do love the guy. Hopefully it wasn't a career year fluke we witnessed.

But realistically, we're a 6th seed at best. All these Eastern teams only got better so it will be hard, even for an 8th seed.

How so?

That's kinda laughable.

You're basically saying that last year's Bulls team without Rose, which lost to Philly, could have taken the Heat to 6 games? Interesting...

easily the Pacers. have them 2nd or 3rd in the conference easily.

TheLegend

the Pacers....The Bulls will not be as successful playing without Rose as they have in the past. It's different when you're playing without ur superstar but knowing he will be back at any day. Now they have to play a sustain period of time knowing Rose won't be back for some months. The mentality is going to be different.

We don't know what to expect from the bulls, but it wouldn't surprise me if they won the division. People are underrating them. But, I'd still give the pacers the edge at this point due to rose likely being out at least part of the season.

1. Indiana
2. Milwaukee
3. Chicago
4. Cleveland
5. Detroit

i honestly have no trust in the bulls over 80% of the season without rose and an injured deng looking at their meltdown in the playoffs plus losing many key role players.
i wouldnt be surprised if milwaukee snags the 8th seed with jennings and ellis while chicago finishes 9th

Besides the Heat...
Atlanta (lost JJ, prob trading J Smooth)
Bobcats (nuff said)
Orlando (lost Dwight)
Wizards (still a cellar team)

no offense, but bulls fans need to get their heads out of their *****.

When the Colts lost Peyton Manning, we thought similarly. Well still be a playoff team, we still have all these top players... etc Then the season started.

Im not saying that the bulls are as bad as the Colts were last season, cause they arent. Im also not saying the bulls cant win the division, there is a chance. But being realistic, how big is that chance? just understand that you guys are going to have a rough roller coaster of a season.
