If Donatas Motiejunas wasn't going to win the Rookie of the Year, I'd say him :D

LBJ again. Unless another team goes from the lotter to a playoff team with home court advantage based on the play of a single individual, this award is LBJs already. He's the best player in the league. Dwight won't win MVP because he's going to be PART of the reason LAL succeeds, Nash being another. It's going to be hard to get enough votes when there are going to be 3 MVP candidates on the same team.

If Durant was going to win it, he would have won it last year. Same goes for CP3 (who I think should have won the MVP this past season).

LBJ... but for teh 2014 season people will be tired of voting for him so they'll give it to somebody else ;-)

Am I wrong? Rondo would be more likely to win the MVP than Wade. Rondo is the man on his team, Wade is Robin.

Rondo clearly out performed Wade in the playoffs. Rondo is more valuable to his team during the season. The Heat had a winning record when Wade was riding the bench.

so thats during the regular season the heat would have not won a chip with out wade.overall wade had the better year. just curious where would rank rondo in pg rankings.

I agree they needed Wade, but only because Bosh was injured.

1. Rondo

2. CP3
3. Rose
4. Westbrook
5. D. Will
6. Parker
7. Nash

Everyone else.

Durant. Only way Lebron gets it now is if the Heat have a dominant season.

Lebron or Durant. I feel those guys are on a higher level than anyone else in the league. Howard will miss games so it takes him out

Right now I'd say LeBron, Kevin Durant and Howard are the frontrunners, if Rose were healthy you could add him in that list as well.
On the outside looking in i'd say Kevin Love, CP3, Kobe, Melo and D.Will would have the best chance peaking into that consideration.

Russell Westbrook.

I voted for Durant, but if Westbrook plays like he did in the finals and WCF, he could put up similar numbers to Rose when he won the MVP.

Kobe on there is stupid. He's past his prime now, and there's too many scorers on that team now. I'd be surprised if he was top 3 in ppg this year.

The Heat didn't have a dominant regular season last year. Far from it in fact.....

LeBron because his team has a great shot at finishing atop his conference. Durant has a shot his team should be a top 2 seed in the west.

It should already be really hard to get enough votes whenever you have two MVP candidates on the same team. Personally I think if you have two plus all pros on your team you shouldn't be a candidate. As long as the media gets to vote, they're gonna vote for whoever they like the most, regardless if someone else was better, and that person is Lebron
