Given the success of Coach K's 5-less rotations in London, and the deep roster executing the perimeter offense so well, which missing (i.e. injured) players would have fitted the system?

I can't help but think Dwight would have slowed the offense dramatically, and could not have bettered the defense - see DRB stats for a beautifully even spread.

Could D-Wade have been relied upon to drain jumpers and make the extra pass?

Does Rose shoot well enough to maintain the fluid 5-man offense?

It would be easy to select a player to be removed from the roster, given his minutes (Harden, Brow, Iggy), but who else out there would have been an able replacement for this system?

Bias is welcome

Wouldn't of really mattered as we'd still be a lock for gold.

I feel the opposite about Dwight though, and would prefer Wade over Rose

having Dwight would have made the Spain win a lot easier.

So true, Gasol was whooping us all over
:laugh2: Would have been so entertaining watching future teammates go at it

I guess Chris Bosh would have fit in the best ..

But I'll also take Wade over Rose, just because he would've brought more defensively and is still a very willing passer.

we would have dominated either way, cant imagine any way adding Howard,Bosh,Rose,Wade 4 of the best in the world, could make a team worse.
