Stan Van Gundy just told us he blames the front office not Dwight Howard for what happened w/ Magic & he believes DH is a perfect fit in LA.

Yeah STFU Stan & Jeff.

Dwight signed the ETO. He would have had his wish about 1 month ago if he kept his mouth shut like Deron Williams.

I guess the Magic FO sucks.

I wonder if they know anything that we don't know about?

Yeah I heard that on Mike and Mike. Both parties handled the whole situation terribly.

As a Magic fan I love SVG, but you have to take this with a grain of salt. He's talking about the organization that just fired him eventhough he's done a great job for them. So obviously it's the FO's fault in his eyes.

Noone can argue the flip flopping Dwight has done in the last year. He has noone to blame but himself. He wasn't forced to opt in his final year. He could of been shipped out last year but made the opt in decision, then decided not to honor the contract he signed.

I think he is talking about has a whole and not just last season. Maybe he feels the organization could have done a better job of getting the right players around Howard after they made it to the finals. For all we know, he probably knew Howard was going to bolt with the players that they had and were getting.

Magic FO has always been clueless but Dwight is the ultimate culprit by far. He opted in to speak of loyalty my ***! He sucks balls 24/7. Period.

Didn't the Magic ask Dwight about making moves after 2010 when they lost to the Celtics and they proceeded to trade Vince, Gortat and got back Hedo and Arenas?

Riiiight which is why the Orlando Magic are tied for the best total win % in the East in the last 24 years.

They've always had superstars and they will again. Just a matter of time. It's funny how people want to bash the FO when they are about to have a downyear, which is the first downyear in a long time, yet when they were winning and making it to the finals everyone was shhhhhhh. Funny how that works.

So true, how can you guys blame a guy asking for a trade so he can compete for championships.Im sorry but that wasn't gonna happen in Orlando with Turk/Jameer as sidekicks. The Magic had 8yrs to pair Dwight with a legit star but instead they overpaid Rashard Lewis and even worse they traded him for Gilbert Arenas.

It's mostly the Magic FO/ownership they always lose their star players Shaq/Penny/Tmac/Hill/Dwight

Classy move. Van Gundy may be fat and loud. But he's a hell of a coach.
