now that the Dwight Howard trade seems to be complete, what would you say is the toughest division, or in otherwords the hardest to win...im looking at the atlantic division right now and its gonna be a bloodbath all year long within the division

Atlantic = New York, Boston, Brooklyn, Philly, Toronto
Central = Chicago, Indiana, Detroit, Cleveland, Milwalkee
Southest = Orlando, Atlanta, Miami, Charlotte, Washington
Northwest = Portland, OKC, Denver, Utah, Minnesota
Pacific = LA Lakers, LA Clippers, Sacramento, Golden State, Phoenix
SouthWest = San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Memphis, New Orelans

Every single team in the Atlantic can make the playoffs. (yes Toronto has a shot to make the 8th seed, not saying it's gonna happen, but it's possible)

Its between Atlantic division and Northwest division.

1. All the teams in those divisions can be playoff teams.
2. Both divisions have 3 teams that will DEF make the playoffs.
3. Both divisions feature an elite title contender

I give the edge to the Atlantic because the Knicks/Nets are better than the 2nd/3rd teams in the Northwest.

Atlantic then the Northwest. Those two divisions are crazy loaded.

Utah is an up and coming team, tons of talent. Minnesota has talent. Portland might be the bottom team this year.

not sure for this year, but the southwest division has been the most stacked division for years running...rockets 4 years in a row above .500 with no playoffs..

Definitely Atlantic. The only division with no weak team (Raptors could challenge for a playoff spot). Southwest is close if New Orleans and Houston both compete for the playoffs.

Wow, the Raptors are gettin some love!

But def have to go with the Atlantic

Boston with Rondo/Garnett/Pierce (2nd in EC)
NY with Amare and Anthony (5th in EC)
Brooklyn with Williams and Johnson (6th in EC)
Philly... Has depth (7th in EC)
Toronto with Lowry and Lowry (8th/9th/10th in EC)
