We're not talking about coaching staff or all time rosters here if so your team wouldn't be competing

yes... and heat... but i would take shump rookie/cory brewer over any version of jr smith as far as starting lineup...

also pablo prigioni the 35 year old pg from france was a great player when he was younger.

People forget how ridiculous prime Juwan Howard was.

the only thing ridiculous about juwan howard was the fact that he once got a 100 million dollar contact, in his prime he was a 17 and 7 type of guy who could not block shots and left a lot to be desired on defense, he only went to like one all star game and made the 3rd team all nba one time, he was a good player but wasnt really anything more then that

definatley the lakers having nash running the point with kobe and Ron on the wings with three all star caliber big men up front would be deadly

definitely Lakers and it's not even close. Prime Kobe dropping 35-40 a night on avg, and 50 points 1/7th of the time. Prime Nash who can playmake/pass like no other with 08-10 Gasol and current Bynum dominating the paint. Not to mention prime Artest: a lockdown defender and can score as well.

Spurs

They've been a top team with a hobbled Manu and Old Duncan. And you'll have both in their primes?
How are they not getting consideration?

Lakers have a beast at every single position.
