Boston/Miami again? We had this 2 years ago.

Honestly it wouldn't shock me if Boston won. It won't really forecast anything in the future. I'm surprised they decided to have "The Return" of Ray that quick in the season though. I figured they'd milk that storyline for a TNT Thursday night game or something.

ray allen probably my favorite player up until rose came into the league is most likely gonna get 15-20 mins but in that time i bet he hits up the celtics for 3 3s

They're the best teams in the east. Heat vs. Thunder will probably be one of the Christmas games.

early call says Cs win and terry scores more than Allen... Celtics can't let ray allen think he made the right choice.

Good point. I was honestly looking forward to another Heat/Lakers Christmas game, but Heat/Thunder makes sense.

The games in MIA so they'll milk his return to BOS.

Coming from a celtics fan, so this may be bias, but i think the celtics will win this one. The ring ceremony will minimize the heat's focus and there is no way rondo lets ray allen explode on him. however, in the past boston has had miami's number in the regular season and i am by no means saying boston is the eastern confrence favorite right now. since the miami big 3 got together, the celtics are 6-2 against the heat in the regular season but 4-8 against them in the playoffs (10-10 all together). I think these two teams are a lock to meet in the ECF unless somehow dwight ends up in brooklyn or chicago. with rose out till march, chicago isnt a legit threat, the knicks have to many ego's, and i dont think the pacers quite have the experience to make it all the way. time will tell.

I'd be more excited if Avery was healthy so we could see them go head to head

Ray vs the kid that stole his starting job.

Would be fun.

I'm anxious to see who's playing on Christmas. Maybe Miami vs OKC, Lakers vs Houston(Jeremy Lin on National TV) in the ABC time slot. All in all looking forward to the full schedule release.

I'd bet money on: OKC - MIA, BOS - LAL, NYK - HOU/BRK

Nyk vs hou in New York would be fun with Lin going back.

Yeah, Lin returning to the Garden on Xmas would be interesting, that wouldn't surprise me. Ill say the five games are:
Nets vs Knicks 12:00
Miami vs OKC 2:30
HOU vs LAL 5:00
Dallas vs BOS 7:30
LAC vs Golden State 10:00

Boston at Dallas (Jason Terry returns to Dallas) - 8:00pm (ESPN)
Houston at LA Clippers (Lin vs Paul) - 10:30pm (ESPN)

NYK-MIA matchup. Christmas usually has the "Rivalry" Matchups. wouldnt be suprised to see LAL vs. LAC or Boston. Warriors vs. Sixers. Maybe even Atlanta vs. LAC. Dont be suprised if its not that good of a Basketball Game day...

I don't see houston getting any national tv coverage just like they didn't last year so don't expect them to be playing on christmas becuase they have not played on christmas since yao ming played so forget them being picked up by espn/abc or tnt any next season.
