Jordan Hill has reached agreement on a two-year, nearly $8 million deal with the Lakers, his agent Kevin Bradbury tells Y! Sports.

Adrian Wojnarowski ‏@WojYahooNBA
Bradbury: "Jordan was excited about the fact that Steve Nash decided to join the Lakers and the prospect of winning a championship in LA."

So that's the 3rd player on the Wolves list who went elsewhere in less than a week. First Batum, then Lee now Hill. Interesting. Hill is an underachiever but I like the move for LA however.

He wont even play unless they are in foul trouble or up big. Lakers always keep 1 of Bynum or Gasol out there and Jamison will be out there at PF with Gasol when Bynum rests and will be in there at PF when gasol gets his first rest to play with Bynum. BUT

Bynum or Dwight
Gasol
Jamison
Hill

Thats EASILY the best front court and front court depth in NBA

Noooo...

He only became one of the main reasons the Lakers almost got to the NBA Finals. The Lakers are deep, deep and strongly talented in the bigs dept. Deep, talented and young in the bigs dept.

They can start Bynum/Gasol, then throw at you Jordan Hill/Bynum or Jordan Hill and Gasol, then Hill and Jamison...later on switch to Gasol/Bynum or if they feel like strong arming the boards, Jamison/Hill/Gasol. That's a freaky bigs rotation. If Gasol is winded they can throw out Hill and Bynum and not miss a beat in the pick n' roll.

If I'm the Lakers I sign Ronnie Brewer. To think of Artest and Brewer on the same floor w/ Nash, it'll be hard to get beat on the offense.

At this point, unless he for some reason gets in the way of signing a pg/sg or sf for the bench, it wouldn't even matter. He won't be getting much time over Jamison or Hill. If anything McRoberts slides further down the bench which I'd have not a problem with.

If LA deals for Dwight, Josh and Drew go out. Dwight returns in Dec-early Jan. I think JO would be signed. IF he played well he would stay in the rotation with Pau's time reduced and Jamison getting SF time imo
