If the price is right, get it done. Reports are Diop would be amnestied.

Would u be OK with adding him or are u concerned with being a late lotery pick? Would u rather him over Haywood?

Source says Nets are still talking 2 Humphries and hoping to re-sign him. Brooklyn not facilitating S&T w/Charlotte; Nets want him back.

Numbers circulating in Kris Humphries' bidding war: Word is Nets offering three-year deal worth $24 mil; Bobcats offering three years, $22M

Holy... If Brooklyn gets him back, that starting lineup will be worth what?

Lopez 61 mill
Dwill 100 mill
Crash 40 mill
Hump 24 mill
JJ 90 mill

My math is pretty awful but that's in the range of $315 mill in total contracts

When your owner has over $13B, $315M is pocket change.

It isn't for you guys, but not many other teams could afford to do something like that.

Not hating or anything, just saying it's a lot of money. I like that lineup though. If healthy, they can cause some damage. Still got Marshon too

I will be interested to see if the Bobcats will up their offer, or stay put. Cho makes the moves, but at the end of the day, it's Michael's money.

That's an insane payroll. Stern would be ecstatic to find more owners like Proky.

Oh yeah I know lol, but yeah it's pretty high. This is going to be the team for the foreseeable future. I'm pretty content.

The Nets are a playoff team on paper for sure.

The only question is what their seed will be, which I believe will be 3-6 if they gel well, 5-8 if they have chemistry issues the first year out.

I just don't see them missing the Playoffs unless they have significant injuries or the players can't figure it out.

Nets could well be involved no matter what Humphries decides. If Hump chooses Charlotte, Nets will surely offer to sign-and-trade him there

So according to people on here 76ers and Pacers could go to the 2nd round but a team with a Superstar and 2nd best SG in the East cant get to the 2nd round? PA-LEASE

Either Hump for a pick and a large TE or Hump for Thomas and a future first.

Hump would be an idiot to stay with the Nets.

He has to know that he's trade bait waiting to happen if Dwight so much as breathes in the direction of Brooklyn.

Hump has to have SOME self-respect....

Looking for the future first tweet.

Yeah, I've seen that one. Just haven't seen Thomas mentioned. We have two future firsts owed to us, so I wouldn't mind shipping one off to dump Tyrus. Just can't see it happening.

And did Dolan change when he was getting swept out of the playoffs for the past decade?

Knicks fans and the false sense of acomplishment, I love it.

Nets fans have at worst a playoff team and at best potential ECF team if everything clicks, how can you knock that? If the Russian wants to spend good for him.

dont see a deal with any players involved besides hump. picks, TE would be the only thing if anything got done.

In any event, it looks to be a moot point. Humph is the perfect 4 to pair with Lopez. Nice move for the Nets.
