There needs to be a decision made one way or the other - keep him as a reliever or be fully committed to transitioning into a starter (growing pains and all.)

Bard should have never been put in this position in the first place. More suited to be in the pon!

ok one last time and since that was your first post you clearly haven't seen the other 10 thousand times someone said this but it was Bard's decision. He went to the FO and pleaded to be given a chance. Bard clearly can't be a starter because he has no accuracy whatsoever, it's borderline pathetic IMO

He said he thought he could do a good job. Given his arsenal that was debatable but there is a short history of current RP to SP conversion recently that would agree. So, yes, he seems to have initiated it but saying he 'pleaded' is exaggerating.

There is a reason he's the player and their the coaches/GMs. Players make decisions for personal reasons, managers are supposed to think about how things affect the whole team!
