guys who just didnt get it their first 4-5 years in the league. but once it clicked, their careers just took off. is there anyone in the league now you see taking this same route??

how much more can mayo improve though? we've seen him as a starter as well as a sixth man. i think mayo has maxed out. billups and chandler went from pretty much wasted potential to numerous all star games, numerous all nba and all defensive teams and becoming top 10 players in their position. i like the derrick favors, michael beasley and evan turner answers so far.
