Just like KD, right?

Not sure on the correlation between skinniness and injuries, especially a random one to his ankle. Fat? Yeah. Not skinny.

He'll be fine for the season lol he probably wouldn't have even made the Olympic team anyway.
From ESPN article:

The Hornets, sources said, consider Davis day to day, but the chances of him being healthy enough by the end of the week appear remote.
He's day to day, he'll live.

A source that spoke to Jimmy Smith of the New Orleans Times-Picayune classified Davis' ankle sprain as "light" and said it could sideline the big man for a week or two.

How does he get compared to Greg Oden when he will only miss a week or two lmao

He's gonna need at least 2 years to develop some upper body strength. Guys like Ibaka, Perkins and Bynum will have their way with him for a while.

That's how Oden started out too.

Soon those one or two weeks will turn into one or two months...then one or two years...

I'm tired of the conspiracy theorists out there. Stop thinking the NBA is constantly trying to sneak something on you. I agree things can happen that are fishy, but some of you call conspiracy on anything you don't like in the NBA.

That being said. The comments about Anthony Davis are ridiculous. His length and athleticism are already good enough to be of supreme importance. Even if his offense never develops and he's never more then a 12 ppg guy he'll be a huge contributor. If you don't think he's good enough to guard the paint (the most important defensive skill in basketball I might add) then you don't know anything about basketball. Good luck to the Hornets and Anthony Davis.

So then every player in the league is the next Greg Oden? Who hasn't been out for a week or two with a non-serious injury?

it would be well deserved to both stern and the hornets if he became an oden.

Not Stern's fault that Gasol was overrated and sucked life last 2 playoffs. Can't blame the Hornets owner for not taking that garbage. NO made the best deal and that's why they have a trio of Rivers-Gordon-Davis now instead of those good-for-nothing scrubs from LA and Houston.

lol. greg oden had two serious knee surgeries before he ever saw an NBA floor. slightly different.

Don't know the severity of this obviously.

But just 4 days after being the #1 pick overall, feel bad for AD, feel bad for Hornets fans, the rest of the players, Dell Demps and Monty Williams.

Could care less about the new Hornets (Saints) Owner and ****in David Stern. Those 2 *******s already bringing bad luck and aura to the franchise. Veto + Rigged Lottery... AD goes down, Eric Gordon made of glass.........Karma a *****!

(PS: Get healthy AD!)
