It has already hit the press that Garnett is considering retirement. Tim Duncan's status is unclear, and while Nash and Kidd both seem eager to stay in the game, there are some other elder statesmen who may not see it the same way.

So... who do you think is going to retire? Who do you want to retired? And who do you want to play one more season?

Feel free to post any links to any news articles about possible retirements.

I could see Mike Miller...

But I can't see KG, Nash, Kidd, Dirk, Duncan etc. hanging them up yet. Same even for T-Mac, Vince and Grant...

Mike Miller? He's only 32 and he's still got some money coming to him... his contract isn't up for a couple of years.

He's only 32 but he's a bag of bones. He can contribute, but so can all these guys. He's in worse shape physically than most of those older guys too.

He's going to meet with doctors about his back, and odds are he'll need surgery and a very lengthy rehab. There are rumors circulating that he might retire.

I said I could see it...but I don't know if I'd bank on it. Who knows?

“I’ve got to make the best decision, not only for the organization, for the players that work every night, for the Arisons who believed in me, for coach Riley for bringing me here, and then of course my family,” Miller said. “Just got to make sure it’s the best one. If it is, I couldn’t picture a better point to go out on top like this as a champion. But we’ll see. We’ll visit the doctors and see what parts work and don’t, and go from there.”

Juwan Howard is gone for sure. Wouldnt be suprised if Ben Wallace retired too. Thought Fisher might but it looks like he wants to come back. Luke Walton will probably officially retire and become a assistant coach at University of Memphis like he was during the lockout
