Do the Spurs have enough to come back?
Can the Thunder close them out?
Will be a very interesting game.

I have no idea who's winning this tonight.

OKC at home, and the Spurs with their backs against the wall.

I think they will both bring it. It can definitely go either way.

OKC and the Spurs are both amazing teams. I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the Basketball. :D

Like I said after they lost game 2 and went down 2-0, The Thunder close them out in game 6. Won't even be close.

So if SA wins game 6, does that mean Miami will as well? Both series mirror each other.

Anyways, I think OKC closes it out.

OKC hasn't lost at home yet in the playoffs. Would love to be wrong but don't see it happening this game either. Only way we have a chance is if our role players can get out of their disappearing act and actually make a contribution. Also if we can put a full game's intensity instead of just the 1st and 4th.

I really hope the Thunder close it out. Something I don't get is why Lebron, Wade and the Heat get called out for flopping and Manu, Tony and the Spurs don't. The Spurs have been doing it for quite some time, when they get desperate they take it to another level and become unbearable to watch.

Listening to sports radio today most of the calls were on how the Spurs flopping is such an embarrassment and an insult to the game. The league really needs to address this league wide issue, it just makes them lose credibility even more.

On the game. Im going with OKC here, I think the Thunder are on the brink and ready to take that next big step.

God, how fast the momentum shifts in the playoffs!

Just a few days ago, it was "Are the spurs going to sweep through the playoffs to the championships? Can anyone beat this team?"

And now, it's "Can the Spurs survive?"

Hahaha...gotta love the playoffs. Very fast ups and downs.

I hope the Thunder win only if the Heat win as well. Heat-Thunder would be absolutely epic. If the Spurs win, then I hope the C's win, even though I despise them.

Heat-Thunder or Celtics-Spurs. Both outstanding match-ups.

Put it this way, how often does a team lose game 5 at home in a series tied 2-2 actually wins game 6 on the road?

I remember 2 cases recently. 2004 Pistons and Nets where the Nets won game 5 in Detroit and Detroit won game 6 in NJ
and also Det and Cle in 2006 where Cle won game 5 after a 2-2 series and Det won game 6 in Cle.

Whatever the case I think that both OKC and Boston need to win game 6 in order to win the series. If you lose game 6 at home in a closeout game, not sure how you win game 7 on the road.

Against the Bucks right?

But even so, they weren't that good of a team anyway and it showed the next series in round 2. The teams I am mentioning were good enough to win it all which the Spurs and Heat are.

Interesting fact, if the Thunder win tonight and advance to the finals...

This will be the 4th time in 5 yrs that D.Fish makes the finals.

Another interesting fact, in Fisher's last 11 Postseason runs, this will be the 8th time in those 11 Postseasons that he plays in the NBA Finals.

(2003 Lakers, 2007 Jazz, 2011 Lakers) are the 3 yrs he didn't make the finals.

(2005 & 2006 Warriors) are the 2 yrs he didn't make the postseason.

True, but it's possible officiating will try to favor both spurs and heat in both games 6.

That doesn't necessarily relate to the NBA itself. If refs do favour it heavily for a team, it's their own decisions and for their own benefit instead of getting orders from the league.

Since Stern is the commissioner, I wouldn't be surprised about it.

Since Stern is the commissioner, I wouldn't be surprised about it.

The only time a ref was caught, it was for his own benefit.

If the NBA was really making it so the refs favour teams all the time, why have there been many results that go against the theories?

The only reason I've been watching this series is because of the Spurs ball movment and solid play. Ginobilli is a highlight machine, every stepback or fade, eurostep leaves me in awe! Tony parker top 3 pg in league.

True, but it's possible officiating will try to favor both spurs and heat in both games 6.

If anything they would favor the Thunder and Sweat, that's the "sexy" matchup. If they favored the Spurs in game 6 they could blow the plan by taking game 7 at home.

You can tell right off the bat that this game is going to be epic. Spurs look ridiculously poised and locked in. OKC looks primed for some big time plays with help of a raucus of raucus crowd.
