Call me crazy, but I think he comes back to the Purple & Gold.

Nowhere unless OKC fires Brooks after next season. I can't see him coaching the Clipps if he's still dating Jeannie Buss. I don't think he would ever work for Pat Riley in Miami. And I really don't think any of those other teams currently have the talent that would appeal to him.

I hope he comes back to LA.

I've been out of the loop lately, but has Phil even said he'd like to return? Or is this all just hypothetical?

If the Lakers do make a trade I can see him going back there.

Nowhere unless they put a NBA team in Montana

Nowhere, because he's not going back to the NBA. Especially to a team that is not a title contender. Dude has 11 rings, he doesn't even care any more.

If for whatever reason he decides to come back then I believe it'll be for the Lakers

Wrong as can be. Look at the thread of Phil almost becoming GM of the Magic. It says he's turned it down for some other opportunity and that he's headed back to the NBA in some capacity.

I think he lands back into retirement. He has no reason to come back. The guy has done anything that any coach could ever hope to accomplish. Why tarnish that by coming back when he can sleep on a bed of money and the hardest decision he has to make a daily basis is which of his championship rings to wear?

You don't realize what you've got until it's gone.

Come back Phil!
