The bulls should sign Jeremy Lin this summer. He would be a great pick up and could do what he did in New York in Chicago....There a great market in Chicago for Lin and would be able to run the bulls offense while creating for him self. What do you think.:hi5::hi5:

No way...lucas is decent and watson takes alot of bad shots......Jeremy would kill the job with all those assists

Are you crazy?

John Lucas is out of this world. Rose was limiting his potential. Easily a starter on half the teams in the league.

He averaged 7.5 PPG in 15 MPG in the playoffs.

Per36, he's easily averaging 18 PPG.

Does anyone think Lin can repeat his success from last season next season?

I put yes to the poll question but he won't go to Chicago unless it's for a big one year deal. He will be starting next year and signing anything more than a one year contract will hurt his value bigtime.

New York is not going to let Lin go anywhere. Kirk Hinrich would be a much more logical pick-up than Lin for the Bulls.

Jl3 is a turd who had a few good games. He can't pass, set up shots for anyone, and dribbles til he finally gives up with 8 seconds on the clock. Cj is decent but not great. Bulls need someone to fill the spot. If Lin is worth the hype, id take him.

Has Rose officially been ruled out all of next season? I'm a bit behind. I hope not :(, that's terrible. Bulls could have made a title run this season..that would have been cool to see. Damn injuries.

Bulls can't afford him, and he wouldn't go there when he has other opportunities to make more money and be a starter.

the bulls best bet is to just go with what they got and see what happens, if they have a winning season good, if they dont then they get a high draft pick to pair with rose when he comes back

Lin is overrated.

This and Thibs would sit him out immediatly becouse of his Turnover total :)

Doctors saying 8-12 months. So could miss all of next season. He'll definitely miss at least half the season.

As for the Bulls, they're in cap hell right now. Don't think they'll have the room to make a multi-year bid without letting some contracts go.

No they shouldn't. Lin is nowhere near the talent level of Derrick Rose.

John Lucas is a terrible pg. Spot up shooter off the bench he can be useful.

The Bulls were missing a lot of turnovers last year. Linn would solve that.

Funny thread, Lin is nothing but a decent player who they basically already have for spurts with John Lucas who I think is arguably better then Lin.

Like someone mentioned above, Andre Miller is a perfect fit for that team.

knicks would be very smart to sign and trade lin elsewhere

I think the bulls are a quiet, hard working team that doesn't want to be in the spotlight. I think Lin clashes with that and they should avoid Linsanity if they can.

Chicago is currently on the books for 66+ million next year without signing draftees and FAs. The most they can offer Lin is the MLE.

Not happening.

1. They can't afford him

2. They have no reason to worry about a PG. There are much cheaper options with the two they already have.

Can't even offer that... Rip Hamilton has the MLE, most we could offer him would be the mini MLE
