WTF (http://media.zenfs.com/en/blogs/sptusnbaexperts/Welcome-back-to-Internet-greatness-Adam-Morrison-Via-@AdamZagoria.jpg)

And here's the actual article...

"Hey, I wonder how Adam Morrison's doing these days," you said to your cat earlier this afternoon. "Not sure why I'm thinking of him now, after not really thinking about him much since the Lakers let him go a couple of years back, but you know, I'd kind of like to know what he's up to ... or, I mean, even just see him, I guess. It's been too long!"

Your wish, as always, is our command:

Looking great, Adam Morrison! I see you have been very busy since last we saw you listening to Dio and working on your fingertapping and/or performing twice nightly in dark matches at Pacific Northwest wrestling shows as "The Fauxndertaker." Not sure how well that will translate to being sharp in the pick-and-roll, but if any general manager would just take like three minutes to hear you rip through "Holy Diver" and/or check out your Tombstone, I'm sure you'd be back on the floor in no time.

This life-affirming photo of Morrison the NCAA's co-Player of the Year during his junior season at Gonzaga who was drafted No. 3 overall by Michael Jordan's Charlotte Bobcats in 2006 and soon plummeted to the depths of bustdom thanks to an inability to create his own shot against NBA defenders, a severe left knee injury and the fact that he was chosen ahead of Brandon Roy, Rudy Gay, Rajon Rondo and Paul Millsap (among others) was taken Monday morning by SNY.tv's Adam Zagoria. We here at BDL share our unending thanks with Mr. Zagoria for bringing this ray of sunlight into a dreary (in Brooklyn, at least) Monday afternoon.

As you can probably gather from the backdrop and the small forward's threads, Morrison spent the morning being put through his paces by the Brooklyn Nets as part of a three-day workout for free agents looking to catch on with an NBA club next season, including fellow former NBA draft picks Hilton Armstrong, David Harrison, Darington Hobson, Jermaine Taylor, Al Thornton and Julian Wright. It's unlikely that a couple of good days against Julian Wright will necessarily make anyone think Morrison's the next Larry Bird again, but considering he hasn't seen NBA action in more than two years and his overseas stints with Red Star Belgrade and Besiktas Milangaz didn't exactly send his stock skyrocketing, workouts like this probably represent just about his only shot of getting a serious sniff from NBA front offices in advance of Summer League or pre-training camp workouts.

I think I speak for everyone who likes things that are great when I share my earnest hopes that Morrison will show out in these workouts, get Billy King interested enough to offer him a veteran's minimum contract (or at least keep his number on file for a 10-day deal) and make a successful and triumphant return to the NBA sooner rather than later. The NBA world's a better place when Adam Morrison's ridiculous hair and face and facial hair are regular parts of it.

I still think he can be a factor if he gets his confidence back. In Serbia and Turkey he has played pretty well.

Is he wearing makeup for a pepsi commercial like Kyrie Irving did?
If he was the joke would be on the camera crew when he still plays like Penn..

I don't think he makes it and should of never been drafted 3rd. From the list only Al Thornton has a real shot

He listens to Dio, that makes him alright in my book. Hopefully he can bounce back.

While reading that article it stated Al Thorton tried out for the Nets as well, he had a pretty good first 2 seasons then fell off fast.
