Long series the first round and get swept the second?

This is like deja vu

They had the long series with Hornets and then swept by Mavs

Kobe wont be having this, time for the Bynum for Howard talk

Wouldn't be surprised if they get swept.

most likely. Kobe-led teams are just as well known for their collapses/quits/give-ups/blow-outs as they are for gritty, comeback wins.

The Lakers needed OKC to play a terrible game just to be close... and they still choked it up and lost when OKC was literally handing them a W. They will hang around in game 3 for the first half and then get blown out. I don't even want to think about what may happen in game 4.

Nope. They almost won today. I wouldn't be shocked if the series goes back to OKC 2-0. Remember, the next two are in LA. I don't see them getting swept off on their own home court.

Lakers play games 3 and 4 back-to-back... no way they win both of those. This team is too old and has no bench.

This.

If OKC takes game 3, I'm thinking sweep. Back to back is too much for the Lakers against a team like OKC.

If Lakers take game 3, then still thinking out in 5.

Just can't see how they take game 4 given OKC's youth.

If they don't take advantage of their big men, they will.

No, they can beat this team. If they tie the series they will get confidence to close them out on OKC

Close them out in OKC?

You mean game 7?

I don't know if their is enough room in their @$$es to get another broom broken off in it. But the way they gave up tonights game like little sluts, they probably do have lots of room in that big loose corn hole.

As long as they dont end up like the 2012 Mavs I am good.

I don't think they'll get swept, but this will certainly be hard to bounce back from. They really have to pull it together in the locker room, and be on the same page on the court to have a shot

The Lakers are one of my favorite teams but Okc are just to strong. My opinion is Okc wins in 5, then in the off season they'll try to trade Gasol for Josh Smith. Then go hard at improving their bench

The Lakers haven't been relevant for two years. Why are people still talking about them?
