His suspension ended and he is eligible to play Sunday.
What do you expect out of Ron Artest in Game 7?

Small forward Metta World Peace served the final game of his seven-game suspension for elbowing James Harden of the Thunder in the head during the Lakers' double-overtime win April 22 at Staples Center.

World Peace (the former Ron Artest) has been practicing with his teammates during his suspension, but he has been banned from the arena for games. His defensive skills and energetic play have been missed during the series.

Ask the Celtics. :D

But no really, just some energy and hustle and a little bit of physicality that's all.

Do I like the Lakers going to a game 7 elimination game? No, anything can happen even if it is in LA. Injuries etc. etc. Who knows.

If you had to ask me what the positive is in all of this, I would have to say that Metta World Peace gets his feet wet so that hey doesn't have to deal with a 3-week layoff if the Lakers beat Denver and face OKC. He'll be back in game rhythm when he faces Durant in game 1 Monday night. The offense will come, but the playoff intensity will be there for game 1 in OKC, and what better way to start building that playoff intensity then to enter a game 7 elimination game from the get-go.

He'll be able to guard their perimeter players, thank god.. That's something we've lacked.

You'll also get hustle, energy, effort... Kobe praised him saying Metta is the only one he can count on.

No more Devin Ebanks and no more Steve Blake at crunch time. I am so relieved

Obviously not gonna solve the Lakers extreme perimeter shooting problems which trickle down to the Nuggets selling out on the two bigs thus the offense stagnating, but he's an upgrade nonetheless. He'll help.

I really think he is going to come out fired up big time. He is going to help hugely in guarding and stopping gallo/millers penetration and also isnt afraid to put up a 3 like barnes and sessions are.

The two things I think we can reliably expect is that he'll play impassioned and play some tough D. Every other aspect of his game, including behavior, is totally unpredictable.

10 points, 10 assists, and 12 elbows. A triple double.

IF security dont get to him fast enough it might be a quadouble.. I only see 7 punches tho so i doubt it

artest was starting to play, literally, out of his mind before the elbow. if he's still in shape and focused he's a big asset. that player is a legit two way threat, one of the best in the league he'd been looking like his indy/sacto/houston self.

in reality, he is a perfect antidote for what is ailing the lakers. nuggets perimeter players are doing WHATEVER they want against the lakers and it's changed the series dynamic. his physical presence on the wing should make guys think twice. i think he will be a factor on that end, at least. won't bother predicting a winner, just gonna enjoy it.

I don't see Metta World-Peace after flying elbows that knock out Thunder players. He's back to Ron Ron for me too.
