Yeah he wasn't part of the team anymore, he was chillin back in his LA home while Dallas was getting swept.

They're going to trade him in the offseason, and the team that gets him will buy out $2.4M of his $8.2M contract, and then he'll sign with the Lakers in December. That's the only place he wants to play.

can't believe people are STILL talking about Lamar even though it's now been totally proven that he's just a guy that just happened to be stuck in a foxhole all those years with Kobe, which made it seem it seem like he was a really valuable player. Look, maybe he was pretty good in like 2004 or whatever with Miami... but I can tell you that on the Lakers he was incredibly inconsistent and unreliable. Even unguarded two feet from the hoop it was never totally for sure that the ball gets in the hoop. I'm somewhat bewildered by the hype, and now after having a total chance to shine in Dallas, well, you know the story. But I really don't know why there is another L.O. thread, unless it is just to laugh

He grew up rooting for the Knicks so I'm pretty sure he would play there if the opportunity presented itself, but I sure hope not.

Dallas is still on the hook for his $8M+ salary. I think Odom is doing just fine with or without an extra $14K in his pocket. They should donate that money to me...$10K this year and $4K next tax year. :)

Ur kidding right? He actually asked for a trade out of LA once the initial trade was blocked.

I think LA is one of the last places he'd play and you know its true cause Odom has been such a diva as of late.

I can see him going to the Heat to ride a championship run.

No big deal, he didn't take one during LAs 3 finals run. Ireland reported that Fish, Pau, Kobe, and Lamar had their shares split between Powell and Mbenga those years because they were making minimum

Can't miss what he hasn't been getting for years

The only team that would want the transvestite ****ing scrub would be the Lakers. He's done.

dude should be cut from the nba w/the crap he pulled this year. what a pathetic person. due cared more about his tv show than he did about playing with his new team. i hope no one signs him.

if I was Lamar I'd do an explicit sex tape with Khloe, and sell it on a fully monetized website for like $10 a shot. I'd be working on it already, make 2 or 3 really good top notch ones. And also cook up some other viral controversies and news stories as well. I'm thinking they could bank an extra $200M based on that.

Of course, by playing sooooooooo terrible and discrediting himself so badly this year he hurt the $$ potential a bit. If he could've only kept up the facade of NBA stardom a bit longer then the sky was the limit.

he didn't quit on dallas. You can't quit your job if you never showed up for work.
