Paul Silas won't return as the Bobcats head coach.

So, who do you think Jordan hires and humiliates next?

I'd love to see them get D'Antoni.
Sign Felton to a couple year deal. With him and whatever pick they get, they will have a team capable to run-n-gun. Tyrus can be the scoring pick and roll partner for that team.

Probably some assistant desperate for a head coaching job. It's a decent gig if you're a first time head coach, because there's absolutely zero expectation. If the Bobcats improve then you look like a genius. If they don't then who cares? Look what you had to work with.

Nate McMillan has been linked to them, but I don't know... Also wouldn't mind to see what D'Antoni could do with such a team.

Tyrus Thomas must be thrilled. I'm sure he's hoping from some scrawny guy who will be intimated by him.

They'll be a competitive team next season, if they get Davis.

What about Michael Malone? The Warriors said they wouldn't get in his way if he was offered a head coaching job. And he's known as the best assistant in the game. But Malone said he's happy with Golden State, so we'll see.

He's coaching at SMU next season....which has a bad basketball history and will be in their first season in the Big East next season. You'll get that wish:laugh2:

Patrick Ewing is the best fit there. I think he could transform Anthony Davis into the next Dwight Howard in a couple of years.

Are Ewing and Jordan even friends? You'd think Ewing wouldn't work for Jordan..i think Oakley has a better shot at being the Cats' head coach..

Yeah, that team can run but they cant score though. It would be an awful match for D'Antoni

I hope it's Patrick Ewing. He deserves a shot. He's got a lot of respect around the league and with him being a former player, he knows what the players will be going through. Plus, he's got a lot of pride so all this losing and weak play is gone the day he's hired.

Poor Silas didn't have a chance to win with the roster he had. The only guy who could be counted on to produce anything was Gerald Henderson. We had Tyrus Thomas when he was a rookie and he had a lot of upside but no results on the court. Augustine is a solid point guard but I'm not sure if he's a franchise guard yet?

Lots of roster questions but picking up Anthony Davis would be great for them. Davis can develop without any expectations for winning and making the playoffs. No pressure to win...
