so the first round is set. starts saturday. who the **** else is excited cuz i know I am. So make ur predictions. whos going all the way? Here is what I think (and hope) will happen.

Eastern Conference

Round 1

Sixers @ Bulls Bulls win in 4 games
Knicks @ Heat Heat win in 7 games
Magic @ Pacers Pacers win in 6 games
Hawks @ Celtics Celtics win in 6 games

Round 2

Celtics @ Bulls Celtics win in 6 games
Pacers @ Heat Heat win in 7 games

Round 3

Celtics @ Heat Celtics win in 6 games

Western Conference

Round 1

Jazz @ Spurs Spurs win in 5 games
Mavs@ Thunder Thunder win in 6 games
Nuggets @ Lakers Lakers win in 5 games
Clippers @ Grizzlies Grizzlies win in 7 games

Round 2

Grizzlies @ Spurs Spurs win in 6 games
Lakers @ Thunder Lakers win in 7 games

Round 3

Lakers @ Spurs Lakers win in 6 games

NBA Finals

Celtics @ Lakers Lakers win in 6 games

so thats what i hope will happen. and kinda think.

I really do think the lakers can win it all. noone can match up with bynum and gasol. I think when they play with their big guys as their primary option they are the best team in the nba. The Spurs are tough as **** right now but I think the Grizzlies will really wear them down.

the only thing that gives me real serious doubts about the lakers going all the way is the thunder. Theyre just too damn good. But you cant count out the defending champs Mavs out against them in round 1. Im hoping the Mavs will at the least give them a very tough series and maybe lower their confidence some.

I really hate the heat so i cant have them going all the way. and i dont see them doing it either. The only reason i doubt the celtics to go all the way is cuz they would prolly have to go thru both the bulls and heat which would be kinda ridiculous. but no doubt they can take out miami. but maybe miami will lose to indiana. who knows.

So what do you guys think. Anyone think the Mavs can upset OKC?

Every series goes to 7 games. But that's where it ends, as a sudden lockout will take place.

...and there's your prolem! The bigs were the primary option when the old man was out. Now that he's back the offense runs through him. Nuggets in 6.

no way the nuggets beat the lakers. and maybe kobe can realize that if they wanna win the title then they need to use the twin towers.

if they do then they cant be beat

I don't see any lower seeds winning first round. Clippers and Hawks have a chance, but they're both 4-5 seed matchups and they're playing very tough playoff teams.

Some good matchups. HEAT-Knicks interests me the most, but many others should be competitive

As a Nuggets fan I love our series. With our height McGee, Koufos, Gallo, Faried, Al Harrington, and Mozzy i wanna see how they do against the best 4 and 5 in the duo in the league. Brewer and AA will be on Kobe. Im really excited to see how our depth especially fairs against a not so great bench in LA. Still think LA has the advantage but I am more optimistic in this series rather than OKC. Have fun Dallas.

All I know is that the NBA Finals will finish with Lebron passing the potential winning shot in a game seven for a miss.

If that's the right play, ofcourse!!! Unlike the one who chucks every ****ing time he gets the ball regardless of open teammates waiting under the basket for a catch and finish #Don'tGetMeStarted

Wade is going to be non factor. He's going to be stuck on Shumpert's island.

No clue man... Especially with MWP out.

BTW, I think OKC will take care of Dallas in 6. (Of course if Harden is back to his self) This isn't last years Mavs even though they're pretty solid

Well no Chandler makes them much less of a threat, and Kidd being on his death bed helps too. But of Dirk catches fire again, we could be screwed.

Dirk will get his. That's usually a given. I think they should let him go off and contain the other guys.
