congrats to the oldest team in baseball (if the mlb is using the red stockings wins when they were in cinci)
If so that shows how bad they are

It's cool and all, but I agree with the post above mine. I they are counting the Red Stockings wins, then they're the oldest team, and 5 teams beat them to 10,000 wins.

By baseball-reference standards, their 10,000th win comes from them starting in 1882.
as of today, they are 10,001-9711 for a .507 WP%
Pirates are likely up next, they need 112 wins, and then the Yankees who need 223 wins.
The 5 teams above the Reds are
Giants - .538%
Cubs - .513%
Dodgers - .524%
Cardinals - .518%
Braves - .500%
2 teams have 10,000 loses, the Braves and the Phillies.
Neat fact, the Braves are 10 games over .500 in over 20,000 games played, and the D'Backs are 9 games under .500, but only 2200 games played.
Most records prior to 1890 should probably be removed though, since those aren't actually MLB games.

congrats to the reds
Congratulations to the Cincinatti Reds for still existing. I'm not saying they shouldn't exist, but this "milestone" is really just representative of nothing more than existing for a long time, not any type of great sustained success.
