Is this a weak draft or what?

Oh brother! You can't determine if this is a weak draft until those rookies actually play on the court.

It's definitely overrated but in no way is it a weak draft. It's the strongest draft since 2009 I'd say. Obviously it's not on legendary status with the 03 draft, but it has a couple players who I feel will definitely make an impact on whatever teams they go to.

An example of a WEAK draft was last years. Kyrie had literally no competition for ROY besides Rubio. Isiah Thomas had a strong 2nd half and made a case, but IMO Kyrie had already won it.

way to offer some insight OP. maybe wait to see where players land and see them play before making a thread?

Another case for a minimum post count to start threads.

Weak class? No.

Strong class? No.

I would say it is a slightly above average class, but players like Barnes, Lamb, and Jones didn't live up to the hype last season that lead many to believe this would be a great class.

Any All-Stars? Maybe. Tons of solid role players? Count on it

It's considered a deep draft because from about 5-30 the players aren't head and shoulders above each other in terms of talent and upside. It's a crap-shoot.
