Team Florida:

Dwight/ Haslem
Bosh/ Anderson
LeBron/ Battier/ Hedo
Wade/ Richardson/ Reddick
Nelson/ Chalmers

Team Cali:

Bynum/ Cousins/ Bogut
Griffin/ Gasol/ Lee
Butler/ Artest
Kobe/ Evans/ Thornton
Paul/ Curry

I decided not to add Texas & NY because they didnt look as good as the two above

I'll take team Florida.

Dwight, bron and wade?? ****! Wade and Bron are already a tough duo on D. Add in Dwight in the paint?? Forget it. That would be an unreal defensive team

Team Florida. Only because Kobe offsets any of the positives that Paul brings.

You'd start the inferior defender, rebounder, and scorer?

Wade Lebron and Howard is block-city.... but Team Cali has better depth.

Texas

Duncan
Dirk
Marion
Manu
Parker
Bench: Lowry, Terry, Odom, Scola.

Competitive but I'd say 3rd behind those two.

It depends on the situation,

if its dependent on just who would look better, team FLA wins by a landsline, but I think that team LA, much like the allstar game shows, would in fact be better due to smarter all around play overall.

I would typicaly say team FLA though,

So let me get this strait, to compete with Florida's (2) teams, Cali had to morph all (4) teams together, not just the best two ? :eyebrow:

Lakers + Giants

I'd take team florida. . .but it is actually very close. Would be fun to watch.

Cali has Wayyyyy more Depth... playing a game and a series are two different things tho

To people saying Florida easily...

Cali has Bynum, Cousins, Bogut, Griffin, Gasol, and Lee. That is going to destroy Howard and change.

WERDDDDDD Howard would be in foul trouble in the 3rd qt

Team Florida Easily. That team would mesh so well together. Dwight is their inside scoring, Bosh stretches the floor for Dwight, Wade and Lebron would do as they normally do, and Nelson is a good fit with them since he can catch and shoot the 3 well. Defensively when Chalmers-Wade-Bron-Bosh-Howard are in the game they would be a better defensive team than both the Bad Boy Pistons and the 04 Pistons. Think about that. Just too good.

Give me one combination of these players that is better than a front-court Duo of Howard and Bosh.

I reside in Cali so I'm biased towards them. But, as much as I love LBJ, DH12, Bosh and DWade and would pay 1000 bucks easily just to watch one game with them playing in it together, CA just has wwwwayyyyy too much size, depth and experience over FL and would win the series easily. Should the unfortunate circumstance come about where DH12 goes down with foul trouble, who would anchor the defense and rebounding? Haslem? Is he going to be good enough to contain/control Gasol, Bynum, Cousins and Bogut? I don't think so. Too much tall, talented timber playing for the CA team.

its like east starting 5 minus rose vs. west starting 5 minus kd then add up that team cali has a better bench. so i pick cali.

if its so easy then why did the core of lbj, wade and dwight lose the asg? and dont say that its just the asg cuz lebron and compony played seriously.

Cali!

I would say that team Callifornia is deeper, but if we put them all together based on their play this year, I would say that team Florida would win by double digits. Kobe would shoot, and shoot, and shoot, and shoot some more. Much like he does with the Lakers this season. I predict that would take them out of the game. The Lakers can keep it close with other NBA teams, but a team like that Florida team would destroy any team Kobe does that on.

because hardly anybody on either team takes the ASG too seriously. Lebron, Durant, and Kobe did. Without Lebron the East loses by 20, easy. Without Kobe, the West probably loses, and without Durant, the West easily loses. I truly believe that nobody else really gave a ****.

Bynum and Gasol

I would take Howard and Bosh over just Bynum and Gasol. However, I will take Bynum, Cousins, Gasol, Lee, Bogut, and Blake over Howard, Bosh, Haslem, and Anderson any day.

I like Cali better, depth far more superior. Small forwards a problem for Cali, Point guards a problem for Florida.

I'd say Team Cali would win hands down, but Team Texas would beat both, not only because of their talent, but also because they'd have Pop coaching them.

Team Cali is a deeper team but the talent of the Florida team is crazy. I'd take team Florida but not by much. However, since this is another if thread let my say this: If it was players in their prime I wouldn't take either team. I'd go with Texas, again if we're talking players in their prime.

Duncan/Camby
Dirk/Scola/Diaw
Odom/Marion
Carter/Manu/Kmart/Sjax
Kidd/Parker/Terry
