LeBron is way better when Wade is out of the lineup.

Thus I will tell you my strategy for the offseason. Dump Wade's contract and sign an above average center. Sign Nash and sign a decent shooting guard to fill Wade's spot.

LeBron is at his best when he is controlling the team. Him and Wade can't share the spotlight anymore if they want to win a title.

Last yr they couldn't win without Manu. This year they are. Their 2nd unit can be the starting unit. Last year has nothing to do with this year.

Before Dallas won it all, they were bounced in the first round by the 7th seeded Spurs. And look how they responded

See my earlier post. You can expect the same thing if you want from SA. But this team goes 12-13 deep. Last year they did not have this kind of bench production.

If Manu goes out again, they are still capable of winning a series or 2. That was not the case last year.

It's a whole new team.

Are heat fans concerned with the way Miami started how they've slowly reverted back to how they played before?

They're starting to take a lot of 3's again and ISO. LeBron is shooting a ton of jump shots.

I get that but Manu isn't a PF or C. They couldn't defend Randolph and Rudy Gay wasn't playing either, so the Manu theory really isn't a valid excuse.

I know Manu isn't but they had no real scoring threat to make things happen. Conley played great, and out did Parker.

Like I said, this team would go as far as Manu took them. If you watched any of those games, you would see how his energy made the difference in Game 2.

Good things happen when the ball is in LeBron's hands.. Blows by Durant for the easy layup, takes KD into the post and passes out for an open three. More out that for the Heat if that want a chance in this one.

It's widely known you don't foul people when they're in the air going for a layup/dunk. If you did that in street ball you wouldn't wake up the next day. That **** is dirty as **** and that's how you completely ruin someone's career.

2008, both the 1 top seeded Lakers and Celtics made it to the finals.

But the Lakers were not expected to make it to the finals starting from preseason and for the most part of the regular season. Remember, KObe's Laker status was still in the limbo because of that trade demand the summer leading into the 07-08 season. Then Bynum emerged, but still Lakers weren't favored over the veteran Spurs. Then Bynum got injured, and everyone thought no way. Then Pau came to the Lakers, and everyone thought that they might have a good shot to make it to the finals, but it would still be hard to get over the hump against a veteran Spurs team that won 4 titles and were still hoping Bynum would return sometime in the postseason (which never happened).

Lakers had to slowly build up their finals status as the season went on. But they were not favored for 80% of the season to actually make it to the finals. The defending champions at that time (Spurs) and the Celtics with the newly acquired Allen and Garnett were expected at a time when the Billups-Hamilton-Prince-Wallacex2 Pistons were slowly dying out and had already lost Larry Brown and replaced him with Flip Saunders.

Also, MIami this yr is favored to make the finals, they're the defending eastern conference champs, but if they playoffs started today, they would actually be the #2 seed behind Chicago.
