Goes both ways, reward the players and reward the franchises for being loyal.

How so?

Using some of the luxury tax incomes to give an economic reward to

Players that have played their whole career in one team ( limited to a minimum of 8 years career) increasing the quantity in relation to years, 10 eyars? more 12 more? 20 much more.

Reward the franchises with money too when a lifer for their franchise retire, same rules 8+ years, more money as more years had the player been in the team.

Money too for players that WERE TRADED but never left in FA and stayed in the same team where they retire for at least 10 years.
Reward to the team too.

Everyone complains bout loyalty from players nowdays ( some bout loyaty by owners too?
Could be a good fix.

Thoughts?

I like where you are going with this, but the way the league is now no I dont think they should reward Loyalty.
Now if the league was more like ball is in Europe with each city having a team I would like this idea.
