2nd straight Month that Isaiah wins the award. Not bad for pick #60.

Basically every team passed on this kid. I hope he keeps this drive to play hard his whole career.

Maybe Thomas is part of the reason Cousins has been playing better?

I've always like Isaiah, but I can't say I ever thought he would be this good.

Everyone knew Jimmer was a wasted pick when they took him. His ceiling is J.J. Reddick I have no idea why they stuck with that pick.

I would have taken Leonard there probably. But Thompson, Shump, Burks, all riight around there were better pick ups.

Ohh he does, but on the bright side, jimmer's track record is that he has a bad first year when going up a level in competition so hopefully he can gain some confidence next year.

Maloofs wanted a marketable player and Jimmer was the most marketable player in the draft.

Yea I guess that's true. But I have heard squat about him all year from a media stand point. So maybe you need a better pr department lol.

Jimmer has shown some flashes of what he can do, I just think he needs time. I don't think he will be a all star at all, but I do think if he can get some confidence in himself he can be a very good 6th man

Well at the beginning of the year was when there was a noticeable difference. Ticket sales way up. Merchandise sold, etc..

Jimmermania has died down since the beginning of the year. But some people do go to the games just to see him play.

No. You are right.

We drafted the wrong player with our 1st round pick. Shoot it Jimmer!!!!!!!

Any player who produces as the 60th pick is gonna be a steal. When he wins rookie of the month twice in a row, he's definitely steal of the draft.

Is he getting more playing time than Jimmer currently in Sacramento?

Isaiah is the starting PG in sac. Meanwhile, there are times when Jimmer gets DNP's.

Isaiah Impact: Since becoming a starter in mid-Feb @SacramentoKings averaging 105.9 ppg (prev. 92.6 ppg), ranking 2nd in the NBA #IsaiahROY

Although the team isn't winning games, they are actually worth watching. They finally move the ball, and they lead the league in points in the paint during that time as well (I think).

I think he will make be a solid pg and ideally a good 6th man but he's never going to be an allstar or anything like that

And he will never contribute in the NBA because he is too short and small and the last pick. No one is asking him to be an all star

if he was in NY he would already be an all star...

I was one of about two Kings fans on this board who thought the Jimmer pick was awful. So I wouldn't say everyone.

It's early though. He could still turn out to be something.
