A lot of blocks been posted on here lately, this one definitely deserves a thread

wouldve been nice if Battier didnt drain that 3 right after it though lol

Lebron on Avery as a defender:

This block was nice, but not that impressive that it needed its own thread... Good 1v1 defense though.

If Bradley can work on his jumper more this summer I can see this kid becoming an all defensive player. He just needs to work on his offensive game so he can stay on the floor, which is difficult with him and Rondo's poor shooting

Surprised they didn't call a foul considering Wade gets foul calls whenever a gust of wind passes by.

Good young defensive guard. I like it.

He's atleast proving he can one day be a very good rotational player..I doubt hes ever going too be a legit starter however..

For all the talk that Shumpert is getting, Bradley might be even better. He is gonna be a lockdown defender and has the athleticism to be a pretty good scorer as well.

Bradley has some very impressive defensive stats. It's hard to judge defense based on such a small sample size as this shortened season, though. So it'll be interesting to see how the two develop.

Although Bradley's stats are better, I think Shumpert's upside is way higher based on his physical tools.

He's good needs more time but he could replace Allen if Boston lets him go. He should of put some pressure on Battier though.

Avery Bradley is a top 10 perimeter defender.

Watch a whole game he plays. The on-ball defensive skills and footwork he has are absolutely insane.

ehh no, no hate here at all but i repeatedly watch bradley play over aggressively on Lin last game and rack up 3 fouls in like 6 mins.

Bradley is a sick defender though I just think Shump is better, shump may have the best hands on defense in the league. 5th in the league in steals off the bench is pretty awesome.

it would be so sick to see these two in a backcourt together, nice to see rookies playing the right way

"It was pretty athletic," said Wade. "He's a good defender. It was a pretty athletic block. I patted him on the butt and said, 'You looked like me on that block, kid.'"

LOL, dude has a massive ego. What a D Bag

Care to explain what's so funny?

Avery's defense has been unreal since they increased his minutes.

Wade was pretty embarrassed, or pissed off, not sure.

He was blowing steam at Bradley soon after that lol.

Great block. Made ESPN Top 10 Plays of the Day, I'm sure.

I fell asleep watching that game, though. I expected a much more competitive game from the Heat. Not sure what's wrong, but their road woes continue, I guess.

I'm sure he was congratulating him on it. Not much else anyone in that same position could say, aside from a backhanded compliment or two, to save face.

Just a reminder that this is the NBA and while superstars are always going to be superstars, there are plenty of young, hungry, talented guys around the league that want to make a name for themselves, too.
