Rivers and Jones??!!! They would be lucky to be top 10.... Thomas Robinson, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Jared Sullinger, Tyler Zeller and Harrison Barnes are all guys that will be go ahead of Rivers and Jones. Davis is a lock for number one.

Hoopshype.com has Harrison Barnes as the #2 overall pick in their mock draft and Perry Jones all the way down in 14th

its davis #1 and the rest could be on what teams need..they could select one of the bigs in drummond, sullinger, jones, jones III, robinson, moultrie or if a team was looking for guards or sf they could look at barnes, beal , kidd-gilchrist.

Yeah I forgot about Cody, but if you've watched the tournament at all you would think Gilchrist is better. I used to think Jones was a top 5 pick, but Kidd-Gilchrist has impressed me a lot more than Jones has.

Edit: Actually, their numbers are very similar. Jones averaged 12 per game and Gilchrist 11.8, both averaging 7 rebounds. However, Jones averaged 1 more field goal attempt per game than Gilchrist. But Gilchrist shoots much better from the FT line

Yea so far in the tournament Gilchrist has stepped his game up but in that last game Terrence Jones showed what kind of a beast he can be when he is the go to guy. If Terrence Jones was on any other team this year I think he would have been a nominee for player of the year

Ant Davis #1 for sure. You dont pass on such a young, tall, lanky, athletic shotblocker like him that can change the game so dramatically. Kid has great athleticism and a little jump shot. SO much upside

He was a top 5 pick before the season started, but he has shown he is more interested in his scoring then his team winning. He will still go in the lottery I think, but he is no longer a top 10 pick, unless a team reaches.

Chad Ford (@chadfordinsider) tweeted a couple of days ago: "Our Top 5 coming into the weekend stays the same: 1. A. Davis 2. MKG 3. B. Beal 4. T. Robinson 5. A. Drummond."

Davis is the easy choice at #1. No one is passing on him. Kidd-Gilchrist is really good and is getting a lot of hype now. He'll be at the top. Drummond should be a top 5 guy too. Not too many teams will pass on a promising big man.

Yeah...Perry Jones and Rivers are not at all even remotely in consideration for being #1 picks. Rivers' draft stock was much higher entering Duke, but his game was exposed a bit. Not a great team player, not much more than a scorer. Jones just doesn't do enough with the skills he has. Both disappointed a bit. Both are fringe top 13-15 picks.

Anthony Davis will go #1 overall...regardless of who picks. That's a lock.

There isn't a clear #2. I think MKG, TRob, Drummond (I'd be leery), Barnes or Beal could go #2...

Watch out for Moultire, who just committed. He's a freak. Could crawl into the top 6-7. If I'm a GM, there's no way I'm taking a guy like Sullinger over him...I think he's the 4th best big man.

Anthony Davis is clearly a lock at 1. If there's anyone who can be near him it's Kidd-Gilchrist. Guys like Thomas Robinson, Perry Jones, Terrence Jones, Harrison Barnes, Andre Drummond, Bradley Beal and others are in the 3-5 range. Anthony Davis is a pure lock regardless of position.
