View Full Version : Terrence Williams (biggest waste of talent) - WAIVED

03-19-2012, 02:12 PM
I was looking at the NBA transactions and I noticed that this kid was waived by the Houston Rockets.

If you see his highlights, it's freaking ridiculous. The dude could literally do everything and I remember him being listed as one of the best basketball players from Pitino's Louisville years on sportingnews or something.

What happened?
He got some burn with the Nets but they traded him real quick like. Never saw him do anything with the Rockets, and I'm not sure if even Rockets fans saw him much in action?

He has game. I want to know how badly you need to **** up in order to fall out of grace of two teams who both squandered first round picks for him? Anybody know anything about what his issues are/were?

He'll get another chance I believe. He needs a mentor though. Someone to set him straight that he'll listen to.

Cousins is using Chris Webber so he's at least trying to not waste his talent.

If I was some crap rebuilding team (My Raptors, Wizards, Hornets), I'd sign him and just give him like 25+ mins per game. You have nothing to lose anyways....

Same for guys like Anthony Randolph and ****...I'd seek those guys out.

Lakers should pick him up, they have a spot left.

The guy has talent. Hopefully he will work his butt off and get another chance,

He can come to LA where talents are resurrected by the bright lights. He can talk to Shannon Brown or Treva Ariza if he need motivation of where he can sign

He's pretty awesome when 'AI' uses him in MyPlayer or Association mode in 2K12 after a couple of years since .

You could make a highly rated team with all having a rating higher than 75 in that game full of underachieving/less than par players from real life.

C-JJ Hickson, Marreese Speights
PF-Anthony Randolph, Jordan Hill
SF-Terrence Williams, Tyrus Thomas
SG-Wesley Johnson, Reggie Williams
PG-Jonny Flynn, Rodney Stuckey
