People are way to close to the court. Someone is going to lose their career because cameramen and fans are right on top of them. Lebron is 6'8 like 250lbs, give that man some room to stop his momentum.

Do you really want to see the video of Lebron stepping on an old lady's foot???? That might be the lamest thing ever captured on video... EVER.

If Lebron tore his Achilles and was out for the season, that lady's foot will be the most revered foot in the United States (outside of Miami).

The reason why Lebron fell funny was because he reacted quick enough to not put pressure on her foot.

Before we knew he was going to be ok, I was wondering how people would react if he was out for the season because an old lady injured him on the court. The LeBron haters would have had a field day with that.

I agree with the fans and camera people being so close. The NBA or arenas or whoever deals with that needs to get them farther back. So many times guys go flying in there and can get hurt or hurt the people by landing on them.

Yup, didn't Devin Harris suffer a major injury a couple years ago because of this? I think that plays a major role into his quick descent into mediocrity.

he didn't step on her foot at all. Typical case of a guy pretending to get hurt. if someone can show me a frame from the video that shows his foot landing on the old lady's, please do

I know George Hill sprained his ankle a few days before the playoffs two years ago I believe and it pissed me off. With camera's that good, those guys don't need to be right there.

And the fans need to be backed up about 5-10 feet. There's like what..maybe 3-4 feet from the fan chair to the out of bounds line? Ridiculous

Im curious if all your opinions change if you were the ones able to afford those court side seats.
I know I wouldnt be complaining about being landed on if I was able to.

I've always thought this and mention it to whoever I'm watching a game with every time a play like this happens or someone falls into the cheerleaders/camera crew underneath the hoop. It is really dangerous to have people, cameras, chairs, and cords so close to the court. Would it really make any difference if the specatators and camera crews were moved back 2 or 3 feet? I don't think so. It would make some difference when it comes to player safety though.
