Hes been playing in the D-League for several years, is the D-League's all-time leading scorer, and no team has called him up this season.

One of the best shooters in basketball in general and set a record last month after hitting 100 consecutive Free Throws without a miss.

He shot 27% in 15 games.

How good of a shooter is he?

The heat had him on a 10 day contract a few years back when we were like 15 and 67.

Because he's not good enough

Being an all time leader in a counting stat in any minor league sport isn't really a great accomplishment. All it means is that you've played poor enough for a long enough time to not ever get called up.

HEAT called him up a couple years ago and even brought him back for the pre-season squad if I'm not mistaken. He's just not that good from what I've seen.

Being the all time scoring leader in the D-league is actually a negative thing. I can imagine how awkward that moment was when he broke the record, he probably didnt know how to react and neither did anyone else. lol

The guy can score and is very good at shooting free throws, but he is a streaky shooter, a bad defender at the NBA level, and isn't a natural point guard from what I have seen. Maybe he deserves a spot as a 3rd string combo guard, but why not use that spot for a young developing player instead of a 27 year old D-League veteran?

The NBA and D-League is different though. Different players. Probably just wasn't able to prove anything special when he was signed by the Heat. BTW, how old is he?

I always thought he could be Steve Kerr type on a good team...He didn't do much with the Heat but he can definitely shoot.
