Some great leadership skills by Corey Maggette on this play. He realizes that we're in the game way too much and simply gives up the ball for tanking purposes
You cant tank better than him. How do we know this was tanking? When was the Last time corey maggette ever passed the ball?

About 20-25 years ago, watching a Net game, I saw an opposing player inbound the ball by just dribbling the ball inbounds, like he was playing a one-on-one game.

Nets announcers played that one up for a while.

yeah, except the denver nuggets dont tank, corey magette, being on the worst team in the league, was tanking.

He was lax and the defender fronted his man and looked like he was actually fighting for offensive position on the block. He just passed it to the guy that looked like he was playing offense.

Stupid to think this is tanking, you tank when you are in danger of losing your #1 chance of getting the first pick, they have 4 wins the wiz have 7 so there is nothing there, also the game was tied 4-4 so without looking at what quarter it was I'd guess it was the first and therefore with a tied score in the first I doubt that one turnover was a big deal, I didn't even care to watch the rest of the video but did Mags just stay there after he passed it or did he run back on defense. Anyone that thinks this is tanking needs to head down to the Dr. to get a cat scan cause there is something wrong with you.

i'll probably get ripped for this, but i like part of the bobcats roster.

if you can pick up a top tier SF in the draft and let

augustine
henderson
pick
biyombo
mullens
walker off the bench

gel together for a couple of years, and pick up some quality role players plus vets along the way, i'd suggest playoffs would be achievable within 3-4 yrs.

henderson is one of my fav players in the league, i respect how hard he tries night in night out.

again, will probably get ripped.
