View Full Version : Are the Bobcats going to be historically bad?

The Bobcats are on a pace of around 9 wins in an 82 game season. Are they the worst team of all time?

How can we convert this into a Jeremy Lin thread?

How can we convert this into a Jeremy Lin thread?

How many more wins would the Bobcats have if they had Jeremy Lin?

But seriously, 1st post in the thread complaining about Lin threads?

yep. they suck.

I can see Kemba winning them a few more games but their roster alone is historically bad .. I doubt they even win 15 games, not winning 10 games is very likely with their recent putrid play ..

Augustin and Henderson are injured so I think they'll bounce back (relatively) soon

02-15-2012, 04:38 PM
Worst team ever! They have so many wholes! One they need to cut ties with the manager....

Hopefully not. I've waited 8 years for the Clippers to become this good.

Doubtful .. Augustin and Henderson are arguably the worst starting backcourt in the NBA

They make my Kings look like all stars so I'm not complaining hahaha

Hard to say because of the shortened season. They do suck pretty hard though.

bobcats probably have the worst roster ive ever seen, so yes, it's very possible.

Their best player is Jordan

02-15-2012, 09:01 PM
Jordan could probably start for them right now and make them better.

This whole NBA season is shaping up to be historically bad, and this summer's draft is looking to be one of the better ones in a couple years. If you're going to tank I'd say this is the season to do it, when EVERY team is tired/injured/under-practiced.

This is somewhat by design.

Jordan wanted to make sure his team would be very weak as the Bulls have own their 1st round pick with protection. It is top 12 protected in 2012, top 10 in 2013, and top 8 in 2014.

But I do say 'somewhat', because it's not like Jordan could make a splash in free agency even if he wanted. No premier free agents are going to sign with that team.

Move the Bobcats to Chicago and Rename them the Chicago Ballers. Kemba Walker vs Derrick Rose? :speechless:

02-15-2012, 11:48 PM
I hope not for the sake of the fan :rimshot:

It certainly is a possibility though with no clear identity and a lack of talent in general.

They are pretty bad, they need a real GM and start all over again...
