http://www.nba.com/history/draft_round1_2000s.html#2000

2000 draft is one of the worst if not the wort NBA draft since the new millenium IMHO. Most of the players drafted in 2000 are extinct! The best player and the one who should have been # 1 is J. crawford. The only ones serviceable are Crawford, C. Maggette, K.Martin, Hedo, Q. Richardson, M.Redd (#43 wow!), D. Stevenson and K. Dooling. Did i leave anybody???

Which year do you consider the worst??

Boozer aswell as scola (56th!) still not that great if you look at all the guys in it and where they are now...

2002 was good. Amare, Yao, Prince, Nene, Boozer...

I thought 2001 was pretty bad, but looking back in it, it just turned out they had a lot of late round gems. The lottery picks aside from Gasol and Joe Johnson were pretty brutal though.

07 has been very mediocre, especially considering the expectations it had. Of course, that was mainly because everyone thought Oden would be the next dominant big.

Quaron Butler!!!!
And it had Matt Barnes and JCN, who if he hadnt loved Spain>>>America would have been a good starter. I mean as a rookie he got much better than he did at first and ended with a flurry of 20 point games

The draft that Michael freaking Olowakandi went number one.

The one with Mike Miller and Kenyon Martin was pretty bad too.

The one with Miller/Martin was 2000 I believe

lol Michael Olowakandi was actually in a strong draft. Players drafted behind him include: Antawn Jamison 4th, Vince Carter 5th, Dirk Nowitzki 9th and Paul Pierce 10th, and there were many good role players around too like Bonzi Wells, Keon Clark, Rashard Lewis, Pat Garrity, and Al Harrington to name a few. It's not a bad draft because the Clippers decided to go ******.

What?? That was the 98 draft?? Wow I should've done homework. I guess the fact alone that the Kandi Man () went first automatically makes think negatively of the entire class.

07 is actually not bad.durant, marc gasol, horford, noah and some solid role players like conley, afflalo, jeff green.

06 i'd say is the answer.has about 10 players that people can name/remember and the rest was crap

 Yeah

Moral of the story: If the Clippers made a stupid early pick, it was a great draft :D
