I've been to the UC a handful of times and its a nice place. It just opened in '94 so while its not totally state of the art, it's definitely no dump. That said, with ticket prices the way they are, the environment isn't the greatest. With many of the ticket holders being business men, it doesn't get as rowdy as it considering the Bulls are one of the NBA's elite.

I've never been to a game in Dallas though, so I can't really compare. Overall though, I'm sure you would at least have a good experience at the United Center.

I've only been to the United Center so I can't say one's better than the other. But basketball arenas are typically pretty similar. And most likely serve food catered to the area. I would say make your decision on which city you'd want to visit over which stadium.

Do not make your decision based off what the court looks like.

If you come to Chicago, sit in the 300 section. People actually make noise up in the cheap seats. Too many business meetings going on down in the 100 level (expensive and close seats).

200 level trumps all. Private lounges and bars, servers come to your seat. You can't beat it.

Amway Arena is the best arena in the league. Visit that before Dwight Howard bolts.
