Like me or not for saying this but its James Harden and if you say otherwise you really don't what you are talking about.

Harden owns every other candidate mentioned here in every aspect of the game brings great intangibles, solid both ways and is a strong closer. He's hands down the best bench player in the league this season and would be strong considered as an all star this season since he has played better than damn near any shooting guard not named Kobe Bryant (Wade injured).

Hard to argue with Harden but I'll throw "Chicago's finest Brew" in there too because of his defense and overall impact with the RIP and Deng injuries. Plays 2 positions and is shooting over 40% from 3.

Harden by a mile. The guy literally reminds me of a young Ginoboli.

my boy JAMES HARDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :win:

but soon okc will trade westy and durant and have harden start, so he won't win :(

These poll options are ****ing terrible. No Lou Will? No Al Harrington? No Brandon Bass? Come on

You guys are all Knick haters. How does Toney Douglas not get love here? 7.1 PER, .401 TS%, 79 ORtg, -0.055 WS/48.

On a serious note, it's Harden. He's the second best SG in the league right now with Wade injured, and he can be the second best player on his team on many nights. No other sixth man in the league can make that claim.

DaBUU
01-27-2012, 11:36 AM
there should be an Omer Asik option. But its Harden at the moment.

Agreed. It definitely should be Brewer over Taj Gibson for the options.

But the correct answer is James Harden.

yeah its either mo or harden.

harden had more rebounds and more points,

mo has better shooting (from the field and ft) and more steals.

Mo Williams, Harden, and Lou Williams are all in the running.

One of the mods need to fix this poll, the fact that the OP put Thad as an option over Lou makes it a joke.

Oh, and I would be fine with absolutely anyone winning this award except for Tyler Hansbrough. I've hated that dude ever since he was a freshman at UNC, pretty sure he likes men as well.

Thank you for saving me the time.

It is not even CLOSE right now. Harden is an all-star right now, and his statistics are in another stratosphere compared to other sixth men. I don't even want to bother arguing with anyone, because there's no justifiable argument.

It's Harden, and there's no one else even up for debate.

james harden: 16.8 ppg 3.3 apg 4.1 rpg 23.85 PER
al harrington: 15.2 ppg 5.7 RPG 1.1 apg 20.14 PER

al is doing it in 4 less minutes. harden is clearly the winner but it's still early in the season, i think these two are going to be the frontrunners for most of the year.

Put Harden on that Denver team and bring him off the bench and he'd be the best player EVERY night. Harden is playing behind two players who are by far a better than anyone on the knicks so that's only logical.

Honestly even as a 76ers fan (I could be peeved that Lou isn't on the list) and someone who has argued against Harden on many occasions this season I really don't see the need for Lou, Bass, and quite a few others to be on the list. James Harden has the award on an absolute lock to start the season and no one else even deserves to be in the conversation as of right now. The convo should be who is 2nd in 6MOY voting thus far.
