I would say the knicks lack of play. Boston comes in second because no one would have thought they would be this bad.

John Wall and Demar Derozan. They both have been really struggling with their shot.

Yes. Carmelo is not a winner.....

Biggest surprise imo is how well Kobe is playing. Obviously he is a top 10 player in the NBA easily but he is playing like "81" Kobe.

Joakim Noah's numbers are down pretty much all across the board. Dorell Wright has also regressed.

I know the knicks will turn it around so I'm not going crazy, but for now it's the knicks. Landry fields in particular.

Got to be the Knicks... When I heard that they didn't land Jamal Crawford I knew they would be in for some rough times but hopefully when Baron Davis finally on the floor with Melo/Amare/Chandler things will turn around.

Dwight's FT shooting, I was expecting a career year (was shooting them at over 83% during the offseason); he is having a career year at the line, but I didn't expect it to be a career-worst.

Knicks...I knew Amare and Anthony couldnt play together

Boston's start doesn't surprise me at all. They've been done for awhile.

Knicks disappointed me too.. I like Melo but he doesn't fit in, Maybe a coaching change or a good pg could change that but right now don't like what I'm seeing

I don't really consider the Knicks that much of a disappointment...never thought they'd be that great to begin with.

IMO there aren't any big disappointments yet. I guess Boston, but still, their core is so old now that it's hard to take them seriously as anything but a Playoff team at this point.

Knicks. Dantoni's last shot at keeping his job depends on Baron Davis' ability to play at a high level.

Brook Lopez's broken foot and Deron Williams' less than adequate play.
