This guy just doesn't get it

Yeah he told a camera guy not to point a camera at him while he was changing, then the camera guy said "the camera isn't on." Then Cousins said "I don't care, don't point that camera at me while I'm dressing." Then the camera guy said, "whatever." Huge news.

This isn't news. Not to mention Cousins asked for the cameraman to leave him be. Obviously he's going to be a bit heated after getting blown out by 39 points.

Sadly Cousins is going to start getting the "LeBron treatment" where everything he does that can be seen in a negative light by those with an agenda is going to be blown out of proportion. Not really big news here however.

He doesn't get it? The man asked not to be recorded while changing... I don't like Cousins for a number of reasons, but this is not one of them.

And this is why Cousins is VERY reluctant to trust anyone. ******** like this.

He deserves his privacy. I see nothing wrong with this. ifhewould have envoked a argument or hit him. but asking him to not point a camera at him. No wrong there.

He didn't do anything wrong. The cameraman was more at fault actually, and even then it's not a big deal. Way to blow things out of proportion.

This is obviously an overblown thing (but nobody on this site has overblown it yet, I mean in the media) but god damn man, you his mother? Your comment is just so...protective :laugh2:

Cousins is my favorite basketball player of all time. If you pass Gerald Wallace on my list, then that's saying something.

why is this news?

why does the camera man get off without getting any negative slashing?

This is stupid...anyone else feel like PSD NBA Forum is turning more and more into a teenage girls slumber party? So much stupid threads, making big deals out of NOTHING.

For those that don't know, there are strict rules about cameras in the locker room. The teams PR person will let the media in at an appropriate time. Many guys are still changing, and we are required to either point the camera at the ground or ceiling. It's not Cousin's job to know if the camera is rolling or not. The cameraman was at total fault. He even starts to engage Cousins in a bit of an argument... unbelievable. The guy should actually lose his job if you ask me. It may not seem like that big of a deal to some of you, but the NBA is very strict about access to players.

This is what should have happened.

Cousins: can you not point the camera at me right now
cameraman: yes... sorry

Was at the the time, and even more so now, incredibly disappointed Nets didn't select Cousins over Favors.

Probably no Deron trade, Lopez scrimmaging against Cousins, and Avery might have been fired by now.

Well at least he didn't kill him, if this was last year that camera man would be in the hospital

Im not sure where to post this, so I will put it here.

Cousin's once blinked during an interview. I'm not really sure what to make of it, so maybe you guys can help me figure it out, but here is the link.

I think he blinks multiple times during the interview, but the most obvious is at the 13 second mark.

wtf, this isn't anything serious, he told the camera man to not have the camera on him while he was changing, he has the right to his own privacy, smh at OP for thinking this was serious.
