The Golden State Warriors continue to reshape their frontcourt.

After taking a stab at Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan, settling for free agent pickup Kwame Brown and shipping Lou Amundson to the Indiana Pacers, the Warriors have signed free agent center Kyrylo Fesenko to a 1-year contract worth $1.1 million, according to SI.com.

Fesenko, 25, is entering his fifth NBA season. A 2007 second pick, Fesenko spent all four previous years with the Utah Jazz. His career averages: 2.3 points and 2.0 rebounds per game.

Utah has proceeded with a new-look frontcourt, rendering Fesenko extraneous. The Jazz have vets Al Jefferson and Paul Millsap in place and are clearly looking to give extended playing time to Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter, two youngsters with significant upside. Fesenko is a bit clunky and known as somewhat of a goof, but he can deliver hard fouls and play spot minutes, and he comes at a bargain basement price for a 7-footer.

ESPN.com reports that the Dallas Mavericks, Miami Heat, Toronto Raptors were also interested in Fesenko's services.

The Raps were desperate for some center help, and they didn't sign him. That should say something.

I dont understand why this guy has been so highly duscussed...he is a career 2 pts, 2 rebound player. Sounds like me when i played ball at the rec center when i was 5 years old

He's 7'2 & 290 pounds. If he can develop even one offensive move, he becomes a threat. Good signing in my opinion.

The Warriors have been needing size for years so this is a good signing. Now they have Tyler, Fesenko, Udoh, Biedrins, and KWAME BROWN!!!!!

Their defense is clearly better now this year compared to any of the past 5 years lol
